I think OQ ,JUST LIKE VIRGIE,was counting on the inquest bringing Howard down.That is not going to happen,OQ LOST A LOT OF MONEY FUNDING VIRGIE,and now will lose more to Howard .The courts have 2 lies to sift through.ONE HE WAS LEVELING THE PLAYING FIELD,SECOND HE WAS REPEATING,THE SLANDER HE STARTED,BY FIRST CALLING HOWARD A MURDERER.HE KNEW THEY (FOX) WOULD FOLLOW HIS LEAD.I have never seen such NO TALENT REPORTERS AND ANCHOR,S THEY RIPED HOWARD DAILY,NOW THEY ARE ALL QUIET,MY CHRISTMAS PRAYER IS EACH AND EVERY ONE OF THOSE WHO DELIGHTED IN TAKING HOWARD APART,LAUGHING,AND MOST OF ALL GERALDO,THE 5 TIMES MARRIED FOOL,SUFFER THE SAME AS HOWARD,I AM ASKING THE GOOD LORD TO GIVE EACH ONE OF YOU,WHAT YOU TRULY DESERVE.

Barbara @39 While I agree VA has feelings I do not think she will ever accept the truth of what really happened.She and her so called team tried to dehumanhize both HKS and to some extent Larry B,Dannilynns father,thru their bloggers.Even to some extent Dannilynn by saying she should being certain things according to their timetable,when everyone knows every child moves along at there own pace.Some slower some faster.

What I find fascinating is that Virgie never showed any emotion, even while shoveling and stomping on Anna’s grave. Recently, bloggers on this site wanted to know whether she had cried in court in the Bahamas, (someone asked Mr. Harris to ask Bain whether she had in fact cried when Daniel’s post-mortem picture was shown in court) and then BINGO, a few weeks later she manages to cry in court. How coincidental, I think!

I think it is great that those involved, or rather RESPONSIBLE for this horribly sad Anna/Daniel saga come to this site. If what we say causes temperatures to rise excessively, the NURSE can attend to them.

I was outrage by O’quinn’s accusations on television. I have seen him many times on different programs and there is no doubt in mind his statements were defamatory and he had every intent to destroy Howard in the minds of potential jurors, judges and the public. I certainly hope the court does NOT dismiss this case. It should go forward and I hope that Lin Wood rips O’quin to shreds and that he has to pay Howarrd bigtime. The fact that VA turned around and sued Howard for defamation is laughable. Howard has been a gentleman and a true officer of the court in his public handling of VA. Smart man.

It is baffling to me as how such a decorated lawyer can spout such nonsense. This man is the reason that lawyers are the butt of so many jokes about being unethical. To claim the 1st amendment is completely absurd, this is most definitely a case of defamation. I don’t know how O’Quinn thought he was going to get away with that, but he’s in a tough spot now. Between him and Opri it seems like everyone on this side of the saga has terrible representation, despite the fact that this is pretty much an open and shut case the Marshall’s may not even need a star attorney to beat this incompetent bunch.
