First…..Ford Shelley says it was HIS money that bought the Horizon Mansion in the Bahamas……then claims the house is G Ben Thompson’s house. Where did the money come from? Is it possible the house was bought with ILLEGAL money dealings.? It would be interesting to look into bank records and tax records
Was the house purchased with cash? Must be an interesting paper flow. IF it wasn’t Anna’s house…then why was it put into her name??? Both Thompson & Ford Shelley both claim to be business people…..& wealthy. How so Uncle Sam?

I never doubted shelly Ford . He seemed like a sincere and honest man . Why suddenly is the media trashing him. We all know Anna n ’s reputation. She was money hungry. Anna and Howard had no shame. I sympathize with the fords. I believe them. Why did Anna ask his father in law to legally claim her child? Why not Larry, MONEY.
If it is true that he lent her the money for the mansion and she somehow manuevered the ownership through Sterns expertise , it is sickening. why would Ford give her a mansion. ? for future nookies?

Brenda if you read about the inquest you already know what happened so what is your beef.We also read all the court papers.You may want to reread what you wrote ANS mother has no standing if she contests the will she is automaticly thrown out according to the wills wording and how ANS tried to protect her estate from her family.

Do you know the meaning of “common-law husband?”

According to Black’s Law Dictionary — Common-law marriage is one not solemnized in the ordinary way (i.e. non-ceremonial) but created by an agreement to marry, followed by cohabitation. Such marriage requires a positive mutual agreement, permanent and exclusive of all others, to enter into a marriage relationship, cohabitation sufficient to warrant a fulfillment of necessary relationship of man and wife, and an assumption of marital duties and obligations.

I agree that both Shelley and Thompson are despicable characters and really are not to be believed under any circumstances. The only reason that Geraldo seemed to be receptive is because he’s got an obvious anti-howard agenda. Putting Anna’s name on the title was a move that showed a pretty clear motive, and as far as taking items from the home after her passing…unconscionable.

Lin Wood scared of the truth? HAHAHA! That’s a good one!
Let’s say worst case scenario with the clown tape. Anna was on Methadone…okay? Even though it won’t make someone ‘high’, it can make them loopy as shit. It is totally safe during pregnancy and IF she was on it,(which i doubt since DL is not known to have detoxed in the NICU…FROM ANYTHING)then she did a damn good thing she should be proud of by taking the steps to get off unsafe drugs.
That whole SC crew is a mess. They’re criminals and should be in jail for theft, end of story. How disgusting is it to take a dead woman’s belongings and peddle them off?
The sad thing is, when all is said and done, this all gets thrown away. Howard will still look bad. To the thousands of people who saw these people call him a liar, murderer, etc., never to see the cases through. Their minds are set.
And Brenda, I agree, let’s all wait and see about ‘all the drugs in Howard’s name’. Almost ALL stars do that. Esp. one with a drug history. Common sense. But we’ll see, right?

WOW This is funny now Howard is her common law Husband, And you might want to wait on the the will being excepted because that is not a done deal..And by law her next of Kin is her mother sorry, you don’t like that but she is, by U.S law that is why Howard wants the will probated in the Bahama’s. And one more thing, I am not a paid blogger just a person who does read all the court papers… And by the way you all might want to wait and see what is going on with all the drugs being sent all over the united states and the bahamas in Howards name in Anna And Daniel bodies before you all pass judgement, On who is lying and who is dying
