Geraldo Exclusive: Ex-Bahamas Cop Says Don Clark Was Rita’s Source, ex-GMan Denies It!

In a worldwide web exclusive, The Bald Truth has learned the only sources author Rita Cosby used to report the alleged Stern-Birkhead “Gay Sex Tape” tryst in her book, Blonde Ambition, besides Jackie Hatten, were none other than two private eyes working for Virgie Arthur and her attorney John O’Quinn.
In Cosby’s videotaped deposition given in connection with a $60 million libel suit filed against her by Howard K. Stern—and obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth—the ex-MSNBCer says her sources were ex-FbI agent turned PI Don Clark, and a mystery sidekick, Wilma Vicedomine, a 40 year old Houston divorcee who claims she worked “pro bono.”
“And is it your testimony today that the investigator who provided you with that (gay sex tryst allegation about my client) found at page 204, was in truth and in fact Don Clark. Am I right?,” Stern attorney Lin Wood asked, according to the Nov. 15 deposition (next page), scoring in a verbal duel with the verbal TV talk queen.

Cosby: “Correct I did receive that information from him.
Wood: From him. Did you receive it from anyone else?
Cosby: Yes, I did.
Wood: Who else gave you that same information?
Cosby: I have been — I had been asked by that individual (I have) not to release the name unless subpoena or court ordered.
After a break, when Cosby counseled with her lawyer, Elizabeth McNamara, Wood grills Cosby again, asking if there is a third source, other than Clark and Wilma. “There is no third person,” Cosby replies.
Cosby also confirms she knows Clark, a 25 year FBI veteran, works for John O’Quinn, and still speak, frequently.
Wood: And Wilma works for Don Clark?
Cosby: Yes. She has a relationship with Don Clark, yes.
On several FOX talk shows, Clark has denied he is her source, and in her deposition, Cosby confides that baffled her, but says in her sworn statement she spoke with Clark the night before she gave her deposition.
The deposition, portions of which were attached to a motion seeking to put mystery PI Wilma Vicedomine under oath, was part of discovery fast-tracked by a federal judge highly disturbed after reading transcripts of secret audiotapes showing Cosby’s apparent attempt to pay two Haitian nannies thousands of dollars for an affidavit to back up the second hand account in her book the women say they never did provide her two sources.
Clark did meet with the women, their attorney, Elizabeth Thompson, and PR adviser and former police officer Lincoln Bain, aka. Mr. Controversy. Vicedomine was present, too.
But Thompson tells me the nannies provided little information and never did discuss anything smacking of the sordid sex scene Cosby’s sources apparently exported to the pages of her book, and disputes all talk show accounts by Clark.
According to court documents filed by Stern, Virgie Arthur and her attorney have launched a smear campaign to vilifiy Stern and Birkhead and gain control over a possible half billion dollar future estate for granddaughter, Dannielynn, should the Marshal estate litigation ever settle.
Unleashing PIs to do whatever it takes, even concocting or attempting to hype a possible criminal case where police in Florida and the Bahamas have found none goes with the territory, says lawyer Lin Wood.
“O’Quinn has used the same strategy before in his corporate litigation, ‘death by a thousand cuts,” Wood explains.
It has to be a major defeat that Florida prosecutors rebuffed Clark’s efforts to reopen Anna Nicole’s death investigation, ruled accidental overdose. “We asked him, where’s the beef,” a Florida law enforcement official told me recently. My source said they were anticipating Clark must have new evidence, but none was offered, he said. A meeting with Clark, Vicedomine and possibly O’Quinn was also refused. Prosecutors feared it would be hyped and twisted into a headline suggesting the case was now alive, when investigators, after finding no foul play, consider it deader than Elvis, unless The King shows up with the smoking gun.
As for the alleged sex tape story, no sex tape has ever been produced, but sources tell me Vicedomine claims it was among the items Ford Shelley took from Horizons the day after Anna Nicole Smith died. It was not, however, among the items turned over to the Horry County Sheriff’s Department, if true, then transferred to Florida investigators.
“He’s released everything else he took, so don’t you think if he had the sex tape, that would have been out there long ago?” wondered a member of the Stern-Birkhead legal team.
In an unrelated lawsuit filed last month in Texas, attorneys filed an emergency motion to stop Wood from deposing Vicedomine, who works full time for a Houston oil services firm.
But a federal judge ruled for Stern, that she would have to face pit bull Lin Wood for an hour of q and a relating to her role in Stern’s defamation suit against O’Quinn. A December 5 date has been moved to later in the month.
Apparently, O’Quinn forgot she was working for the firm, since, in his own deposition taken by Wood in the defamation suit Stern filed against the legendary litigator for calling him a murderer on national TV, he couldn’t recall anyone named Wilma working on his cases, even one as high profile as this one. In fact, in his own deposition, he swears he knows no one named Wilma, and banters with Wood as to whether it’s a man or woman’s name.

IF THERE WAS A TAPE.would Don Clark have to say anything.about what the nannies said or did not say.And it is truly mind bending,The tape would be all the prove needed.And I find it suspicious,that at the most important,time,there was no tape,or legal paper by Don Clark or his sidekick ,Vicedomine,as to the nannies statement I find it a ,disgrace,for Don Clark to use his former FBI TITLE ,in such a way as to destroy another human being,that is not what the FBI stands for.

Anna sought her own direction and yes I believe God placed Howard in her life for a reason and she recognized it all along. He represented what she should have had and he stood by her through many things. One can only think what it would have mean for Anna had she known Howard from even earlier in her life.
The way he was brought up is not hard to see for others who seek to see the good in others. His parents ought to be commended for being PARENTS. This is not to praise anyone, because PRAISE belongs to God, but I can recognize what they have done. They raised their children to embrace life and be strong, to love others. Without this foundation set by his parents and modelled by those around him, Howard would have crumbled under the pressure. Pray for him that God surrounds him, his parents, his family. Stand with him against evil. Do not give room for it to grow or linger because if you do it will not stop here. Careful though that it don’t show up at your door. You may not have what it takes to withstand what is behind it. So take inventory of yourselves. Are you happy with how you represent yourselves and more importantly, would God be happy with you. It takes a lot less to be caring and loving than it does to be evil and mean. This is affiliated with sickness too. If you don’t like him pray for him. If you do like him pray for him harder.

I can’t beleive the nerve of some people, to go on and on about this supposed tape when are they going to give up? I am sure that if there were a tape of Howard and Larry it would of been released along time ago.
There are alot of people after that Marshall money, but for these educated PI’s and lawyers ect. still trying to get the money and saying things they can’t prove bogles my mind. If there is no proof of what they are accusing Howard of I can not believe they are so stupid to keep pursuing this garbage, you would think that these highly educated people would know better, but I guess greed overides common sense.
It looks like these greedy people are biting off more than they can chew and there lies are being proven 1 by 1.

I saw at the beginning of the deposition Rita really didn’t want to reveal her second source, but by the end she was, like, “Yeah, the sources are Don Clark and Wilma”. Too funny. I wonder why Don Clark lied about being the source for Rita. He’s definitely got some explaining to do. Maybe he was trying to point the finger at Wilma to protect his employer, O’Quinn. But who was paying her to investigate? I doubt she was doing it for free. We all know they are in cahoots, it just has to be proven. Did Lin Wood find out who co-wrote the book yet?

Not surprising at all. Don Clark is about the least believable person I have ever seen on tv. When the sex tape rumor first surfaced and he went on television to confirm the story I couldn’t have been any less convinced. Rita and her entire camp have the honor of being the WORST liars in a saga that is filled with all sorts of liars pedaling stories that can only be described as fantastic. I hope that Howard K. Stern collects enough money from Cosby that he can put all his other lawsuits to bed and at least a good portion of this circus can be put to bed.

Thanks for the update. sounds like Rita is still trying to talk in circles rather than answer the questions. I thought that things would start to unravel once Rita was depoed and it seems that they are. Was there more to the depo than page 269, line 25, Q: But have you never tried………….?
When I read the depo inrfo that you posted that is as far as I could pull up and since it stopped in midsentence of Lin Wood’s question I didn’t know if there was more but I just couldn’t pull it up.

Another addition to the mixture that would have been the public think that something just ain’t right about this story.
That’s my best guess based on what I believe happened during the course of Daniel’s visit. That’s would require a little “cover-up” so as not to fuel the fires of suspicion.

How can the National News sites have Don Clark (disgace to the FBI) and a noted liar on their news giving his opinion on any crime (i.e. Stacy Peterson). He is so unbelievable. I make it a rule not to watch any program on which he gives his opinion; also I do not watch Rita Cosby, Geraldo, Greta, Jackie Hatten, Virgie, J O’Quinn; anyone that I have caught in one lie only, I do not watch them again.

could you explain what this comment is related to? what are these numbers 18407. 1840 i thought it was a blog number but there are only 3 postings here at the time i am writing this. i read this report from art and the depo but i can’t find anything in them regarding what you are talking about here. either my brain isn’t functioning properly or i wasn’t able to view the full depo. the last thing on the depo that i could view was page 269, line 25. i don’t know if there was more in art’s posting of the depo document or not. thanks for clearing this up for me.

None of this is a surprise for those of us close to this case. What is surprising is why would Mr.Clark allow his little ‘chatty vilmor’aka ‘the wretch’ run around and pretty much make a mess out of whatever they were doing! I am in full agreement with all your words. It is in the midst of a crisis or heat of the battle, that a person’s true character arises. Obviously ,we can see the true and painful to look at behavior of Team Texas.( Mark them and never do business with them). As for Howard, it has been “Grace under fire”. We can see that he was a true friend to Anna. Anyone else would have ran away from all this a long time ago. That is the measure of a true man.
It is obvious by the “escalated” attacks againt Art, Rose and Nazarian, that the other side is desperate and has nothing to stand on anymore. Good, that should be your reward for not following the crowd or giving into pressure.
Finally, being from Houston, we are all curious as to WHY John O’Quinn still has a license to practice. Looks like Stern and Wood will be doing us a huge favor.

FBIs Least Wanted may prominently list on its List the names of former employees who may prove to be an embarrassment.
How is this scenario? Suppose the person who asked O’Quinn for the favor he could not refuse when Virgie popped up, was no other than Don Clark, who had been responsible for investigating O’Quinn’s filing of those incredulous lawsuits HE ENDED UP WINNING? When the investigation was completed and O’Quinn was found to be in the “clear,” the person who cleared him was saddled with a huge favor on his shoulders. When time was ripe, Virgie’s son asked a former colleague to do something to help his Mamma. His colleague thought it was the perfect occasion to get the payback and sprinted to the big man’s firm, engaging in a long, friendly chat with him. A plan was hatched that gave birth to the “Howard, I am gonna getchu!”
All this is my supposition hatched while doing the hard, tedious labor of vacuuming.

Better go back and brush up on your toxicology! Last time I checked, every adult present when Daniel was last seen alive was sleeping…. and none were pharmacologists!
A highly skilled doctor of pharmacology would have had to have compounded the combination that worked subtley and appeared as an accidental overdose by a young adult who didn’t know any better (if that is even possible!)It would have been administered at specific times so as to metabolize at the proper rate taking into account the late meal he had when he arrived and the fluid intake that would have diluted the dosage.
So, yeah, “Nurse”, I’ll take you up on that bet! And hope that if you really are a nurse of any kind, CNA,GNA,LPN,RN that you know how to use a PDR and have passed a basic dosage and solutions test!

It seems that trial before a jury hearing charges against him always finds against him…but the judges don’t follow thru with sanctions? Isn’t that the case?

The comments on Art’s site are not solely to support a person/persons. It is a site regarding justice/injustice. Depending on one’s definition of each determines which side they come down on.
Obviously, my definition of justice is to see all who join together to circumvent the laws and use legal loop holes by whatever means possible, to be held liable in the courts and prosecuted to the full extent of our laws..
This case of Howard K. Stern vs. O’Quinn etc., and their ethics will probably be discussed in law schools for many years to come..

Ahava #40 Brown may not be the one to be used as you may think,He has to awnser to the people of California and a lot of them will wonder just why he is involved other tan the doctors.Look at Fox news saying a truck driver sid peterson asked him to move or get rid of something and when it wa proved false,did they come out and say that? NO they did not peterson may well be guilty of both deaths but report the truth and when something is found to be false admitt it openly.

How does Wilma Vice fit into this picture. Who is she to O’Quinn or Don Clark? Why would O’Quinn straight up lie (under oath) and say she didn’t work for his firm, and had no idea who Wilma V was?
Why would “Vice” take time off from her job to work

I do not believe that the “nurse” is a licensed nurse and just using the name. I disagree with their view points, However, I think that this blofg is strong enough to handle many different opinions. Trying to run someone off that you disagree with, is cowardly.

Art and rose and most of your wonderful readers, as I have said before, this is easy! No lies, just the truth, there are no boogey men and as for the threats that I have recieved? So what! You better wear slippers, in my old age I have become a light sleeper!
I have always told the truth and as a public figure I have a darn good reputation both in law enforcement circles and the courts. also let me say this, there are some mighty fine members who are retired from FEDERAL Law Enforcment Agencies and STATE and LOCAL who work as P.I.s and do a great job! The Federal Judges and State Judges are not a bunch of ‘patsies’ and are not going to take any BULLSHIT from this bunch without solid proof! This is also why Howard and Larry can sleep well at night!
This was a terrible thing that happened to these people, those who are dead and those left behind. With that being said, a ‘lynchmob’ mentality is not going to prevail in this case and nor should it.
One other thing, my appearance may say ‘unfriendly’,most people I think would feel comfortable with me in a time of need….and that is all that counts,I am already regretting saying this, dont judge a book by its cover…..
Art and readers I will go away till I am accused of something else…..

Disagreeing is putting it mildly. Those who despise Howard are like hungry lions pouncing on their prey. Other sites welcome these hateful venomous snakes. It seems to me that TMZ is where they feel welcome. Their vile, putrid comments drove ME away from that site.

Graciemay, O’Quinn is in his late 50s, I believe, and he has been practicing for many years. He knows by now that he can get away with anything. Only those WITH conscience feel bad about dishonesty. When he became an attorney he took the oath to do the exact opposite he has done, and I am referring to the millions he was ordered to return to those involved in the breast implant cases.
