Virgie made NO EFFORT to stay in contacted with her “beloved” ADULT grandson while he was alive but can arrange to have a photographer around while she throws herself on his grave or “cries” holding a Bible. She alleges that he wouldn’t harm himself or do drugs. How would she know-she hadn’t seen or talked to him in years. None of the meds in his system were toxic in doses-it was the interaction effect that killed him. Why do people assume the someone “killed” this young man by sneaking him drugs? Most likely he picked up a bottle or two and helped himself or told him mom he hurt or was jetlagged and she handed him one or two capsules. Why would Howard want to publically mention either of these scenarios? Virgie Arthur is scum-tabloids are paying for all her “appearances grief performances clothes hotels flights and makeovers” People and GVS are defaming Howard re the Marshall suit. Check the facts-he isn’t a co-plaintiff-he is an attorney of record and has a contract entitling him to six percent as a fee. That is peanuts-most civil attorneys start at 25 to 33% plus expenses and 50% if it goes to trial. This is not a loving grandma-this is a greedy manipulative narcissitic vicious woman with a dismal marital and childrearing track record. She’ll do and say anything for a buck or a photo op including selling her daughter and grandchildren in life and death. The bizarre footage of her frenetically shovelling dirt on Anna and then stomping on her grave speaks for itself.

I might be going down the wrong path,but it seems to be Ford Shelly is the common thread,along with Virgie,that has caused Howard,s problems,FS,stole from the horizons,FS was at the hospital a day before danniel died,FS DAUGHTER WAS AT THE CLOWN PARTY, and he is playing it up big.and FS is on rivera show,playing like he is doing a good thing for everyone.FS also had pills in his home for Anna,could it be FS wanted himself,with Anna in the Horizons,and Howard out,You cannot have a lawyer around if you are going to use the house,for drug smuggling.Howard being around,was a bad thing for GBT AND FS.

To those who may be concerned about Billy Smith’s parental rights being trampled on, be aware that in the state where I lived when my children were growing up, if a parent had no contact with a child for three years, it was considered abandonment. No contact means none in any way. I had my ex’s rights legally terminated when the kids were in grammar school. The only time my ex decided to contact one of the children to ask why the child did not visit him, was when that child became a flight attendant for an international carrier. It looks like somebody needed to fly for free. It did not work!

I somehow missed this nine year old witness deal. Are they thinking about putting Riley on the stand? Will Shelley stop at nothing, using his own child like this? Am I understanding this right?

I am a 63 year old women and come from a very large family that was considered poor even though we had our own home,so many children.After reading some of these posts I just want to give everyone,even Gidget a group hug.I also grew up in an era of keeping things at home and not telling.Sometimes it takes something like what VA did to bring the hurt out.I had not known she had the media at her service,no wonder she wanted ANS in Texas.

#59 @ Beverly, I do know the desperation Anna was going thru, all too well. Know the need to keep the childhood abuse quite as well. Know what it is like to have a mother that has no soul. Know what it is like having a mother drag you by the hair beating you with a belt in you late teen years. Know what it is like not having a family to turn too. Some of us put those years behind others cannot. Guess this is why Anna and her story is near and dear to my heart.
The one thing learned is never assume you know how another person thinks or reacts.

Joni I really know or at least think I know why the SC clan moved her there.I just wanted to point out that some thins don’t make sense and people should take things with a grain of salt when they don’t.I would hope anyone that has found old articles about ANS and her life with Billy Smith,her so called mother, her Aunt, cousin Shelly,Anna helped you when you needed it Shelly, and the years before and just after Marshall passed away would keep or forward to Krista,Lin or someone that might need to know that information.
