The Bald Truth has learned a federal judge has dismissed the $100 million civil rights suit against Howard K. Stern filed from behind bars by an ex-Anna Nicole Smith boyfriend serving time in state prison for assault with a deadly weapon.

In a world wide web exclusive, The Bald Truth reports Mark Hatten, a California prison inmate serving six years for assault with a deadly weapon against Smith’s neighbor and for making threats against Smith, had no standing to sue Stern, judges or prosecutors, according to an Oct. 31 ruling in federal court and obtained exclusively by www.artharris.com.

In a world wide web exclusive, The Bald Truth has learned that Howard K. Stern has met with FBI agents investigating Anna Nicole Smith’s former plastic surgeon for allegedly trying to sell videotapes of breast surgery he performed on the late Playboy centerfold in 1994, according to documents filed in federal court and first obtained by www.artharris.com.

Stern gave the investigation a boost, law enforcement sources tell me, after the estate executor quietly flew to Houston this summer for a secret meeting with federal agents to tell them what he knew about the Texas surgeon, Dr. Gerald Johnson, according to an affidavit obtained exclusively by www.artharris.com.

Mystery bruises found on Daniel Smith’s body were apparently caused by hospital personnel desperately trying to save the life of Anna Nicole Smith’s son as they drew blood and urine samples to diagnose why he was unconscious, with no pulse, said witnesses who testified Tuesday in the Bahamas inquest into his death Sept. 10, 2006.

While doctors described frantic efforts to revive Anna Nicole Smith’s son after he was found unconscious in her Bahamas hospital room, Daniel Smith autopsy photos put into evidence at the inquest Monday reveal mystery bruises in the pelvic area, according to the police investigator who testified in the official probe of how Daniel died in Sept., 2006.

The Bald Truth has learned Rita Cosby’s attorneys are asking a federal judge to seal a videotaped deposition the ex-MSNBC host gave in New York Thursday, Nov. 15 in connection with the $60 million libel suit filed against her by Howard K. Stern for smearing him in her book, Blonde Ambition.

U.S. District Judge D.J. Chin greenlit the speedy discovery request to take her testimony by Stern attorney Lin Wood –to get to the bottom of Cosby’s alleged attempt to pay Anna Nicole Smith’s ex-nannies for an affidavit confirming gay sex reports about Stern and Larry Birkhead she details in her book that both deny. The nannies are expected to be witnesses in the libel suit, and the inquest in the Bahamas next week.

After her book hit the stores, Cosby flew to the Bahamas to meet with the two Haitian immigrants she admits she’d never met or interviewed for Blonde Ambition, and wound up caught on secret audiotape in a “sting operation” by the nannies’ lawyer, a former high-level justice department minister, and PR man, Lincoln Bain, a 10 year veteran of the Royal Bahamian police turned popular TV host.

Stern, CBS Television and KPRC-TV in Houston have launched a triple legal broadside back at Virgie Arthur, and her Texas legal cowboys, denying all charges they conspired with her late daughter, Anna Nicole Smith, to defame, slander, trash or maim the reputation of a retired Texas deputy sheriff who they say thrust herself into the public eye.

Larry King Live Airs Nanny Denial Cited in Judge’s Ruling

In a world wide web exclusive, The Bald Truth has learned a New York federal judge Tuesday granted Howard K. Stern’s request for expedited discovery in his $60 million libel suit against author Rita Cosby, who wrote he engaged in a gay tryst on tape with Larry Birklhead.

In his motion, obtained first (and posted below) by artharris.com and reported exclusively by ETonline, U.S. District Judge D. J. Chin writes that he ruled for Anna Nicole Smith’s executor after reviewing “substantial” and “troubling” evidence showing Cosby apparently tried to “improperly influence witnesses,” when she flew to the Bahamas and offered to pay two former Anna Nicole Smith nannies she’d never interviewed for the book to back gay sex charges in her bestseller, Blonde Ambition.

In the book, Cosby writes the nannies saw the late Playboy centerfold watching Stern and Larry Birkhead cavorting on a gay sex tape. Both have denied they are gay and ever had sex. No tape has yet to surface.

“Because Stern has presented substantial—indeed , troubling—evidence that Cosby has sought to improperly influence witnesses, the application is granted,” writes Judge Chin, siding with arguments made by Stern’s pitbull attorney, Lin Wood, and perhaps signaling legal hurdles ahead in his courtroom for Cosby and her publisher, Hachette.
