Joni: I also think that the reason Larry hasn’t sued Rita and her publisher yet is they’re waiting to see what is discovered in Howard’s lawsuit. Howard’s lawsuit will bring out most of the information and then when/if Larry sues his attorney will already know what they are up against as most of the information will have already come out. Howard’s attorney and Larry’s attorney probably planned all of this out before Howard’s lawsuit was even filed. They probably had Howard file first to keep Larry out of it as long as possible because of Virgie trying to get Dannielynn away from Larry.

Sarah from KY: You may be right about the Bahamians waiting to see what all unfolds with these characters. With all these jokers cancelling out each other, look who will come out smelling like the sweet rose he is: Howard. I’m sure by now, if not before, they all can see Howard for the kind, gentle, loving man he is. He has stayed out of the media and has gotten down to work, while all the other greedy people have been making fools of themselves.

I had said, not too long ago, here, that I think people are underestimating the intelligence of the Bahamian people.

All these jokers in this saga really are hanging themselves, lol, and they are too stupid to realize it. It’s almost funny to sit back and watch them climbing and crawling over each other. They are sooooooo pathetic, lol.

I think Billy Smith is obsolete here. They don’t necessarily want Daniel’s body, they want Anna’s. It’s another way to jab at Howard. Moving Daniel’s body would not mean moving Anna’s. Billy Smith has nothing to do with Anna. He is what he is, poor fool! Why in the hell would he get involved now? I see their tactics as just that, and going no where. They’re doing every little thing they possibly can do to yank Howard’s chain. In the meantime, they don’t realize what decent, moral and intelligent people think of this. I know there are a few out there that applauds their behaviour, but they live in the same community. LOL

Has anyone had the thought that maybe the reason the Bahamas has taken so much time to hold an inquest into DWS death is because they wanted to wait and watch what the different players would do in a years time. If so they have had a lot of information come out in one way or another about ANS, DWS, HKS, LB, and VA & Team. Maybe the Bahamian courts believe in give them enough rope and they will hang themselves or give them enough time and their true colors will come out. Can you just imagine the amount of information the Bahamian court has collected regarding these people just by having someone sit in a room with a tv connected to receive news and entertainment shows from the USA to watch and record all episodes of these shows. Then if they had another person with a computer to search for all the legal filings. Someone else to read all of the paper media. That would be a lot of information gathered without stepping foot outside of a home or an office in the Bahamas. So if anyone involved in these actions think the Bahamas don’t know anything except what you tell them in their courts or what you say to them with your court papers that you file. Then you may just need to reevaluate your thinking about the Bahamas. Don’t underestimate the intelligence of the Bahamian people and the capabilities of the Bahamian court system.

“Milton Evans and Deborah Rose are representing the father of the deceased, Billy Smith, and the maternal grandmother of Daniel Smith, Virgie Arthur.”
This must be the reason for her attorney’s statement of why Virgie was there. Now she’s using Daniel’s father to get what she wants.

Debra Rose is the attorney who was representing VA against LB in the custody case. VA tried to use Billy Smith to get what she wanted during the custody of ANS body for burial in Seidlin’s court in FL. It backfired on her. When Billy answered Seidlin’s questions about where to bury ANS he didn’t give the answer that VA & Team had planned on him giving. He said he wanted ANS and DWS buried together. If I remember correctly he said that since DWS was already buried in the Bahamas then he would want ANS buried with Daniel in the Bahamas. Which gave me pause to wonder how Billy Smith really feels about having bodies exhumed and relocated for reburial. He didn’t seem to understand the term exhume but I think Judge Seidlin explained it to him in a way that he would understand and his answer was that he would want ANS buried where Daniel was in the Bahamas. Some people have very strong feelings about exhuming the body of one of their relatives unless it is a last resort to gain essential information that can’t be found anywhere else. Some people feel that exhuming a body is being disrespectful of the dead. If VA & Team’s plan to use Billy Smith backfired in FL it can backfire in the Bahamas. Will VA & Team try to submit a signed affidavit from Billy Smith saying what VA & Team want him to say??? If he testifies verbally in “any” court will he give the answers that VA & Team want him to give? I hope if VA & Team try to introduce any affidavits from Billy Smith in any court regarding anything to do with ANS, DWS or Dannielynn Birkhead, HKS, or LB that the court will require Billy Smith to testify in person. A person can be given a written affadavit to sign and easily remember how to sign their name on it but to remember to give the answers that certain parties might want one to give when being questioned in a verbal testimony would be quite a bit more difficult. I wonder if Bahamian Magistrate William Campbell has seen the video or been told of Billy Smith’s FL phone testimony? If so, then Magistrate Campbell will be watching every move made by VA & Team. Actually, I think the Bahamas will be watching everything to do with this case with a fine toothed comb.

I have a question for Virgie: If it is so important to you for your family to all be buried in the family plots in Texas then why didn’t you fight for Daniel to be buried in Texas when the boy died or to have him moved to the family plots in Texas at some point before ANS died? You had from September 2006 to February 2007.. If you had such an interest in an inquest into Daniel’s death and you have stated that you were at the least suspicious of his death then why didn’t you get involved in the inquest process before Anna died? You’ve certainly been able to pick up speed and insinuate yourself into situations where you weren’t wanted or needed ever since Anna died. Why did you wait until after Anna died to get involved in Daniel and Anna’s business?

I for one LIKED JUDGE SEILDIN,I thought,he took long and spoke about himself,because he was feeling out everyone,before and while they were on the stand,he wanted to know everyones motive. you make everyone feel comfortable,and when everyone is relaxed,you slip in a important question,you would be surprised,what comes out,he had a decision of great importance to make,and he was going to get it right,

I agree with you Beverly. The ME said there was not any methadone in Anna’s system. Yet old Thompson is around and Daniel shows up with methadone in his system. Howard takes the blame for everything.

I hope the judge will ask Virgie and McCabe for an order from a court appointing her beneficiary in Texas. Billy told the Fla. court he wanted Anna buried with Daniel – too late now to claim a body.

John N. we trust you to check up on their lies. Also, what did that p.i. say in LA when you talked to him about Daniel. I bet he changed his story again fast.
