WITH ALL RESPECT, I believe ‘Art Harris bald truths are all ‘BALD LIES’…Art Harris will twist and turn any thing to favor Stern. As for Rita Cosby her only mistake was to write in her book the GAY RELATIONSHIP OF LARRY AND STERN withount talking to the nanies first, she basically when by statements of believable sources, WE WILL ALL KNOW it LATER. I believe that gay tape does exists !!

Cops in Texas retirement sucks. Virgie doesn’t have any money. All this is being done by some greedy ass attorneys that think they can win at whatever cost. I think they have barked up the wrong tree on this one. They’re going to lose big time. They’re not going to get a legal shot at the Marshall case.

Until someone comes up with an answer, I will continue to be in awe as to how Shelley is able to publicly explain his actions and continue to be allowed to walk free. Maybe a special detention center is being built to accomodate certain special people It should be called the “Faux BS Shelter.” The rooftop with its magnificent view will be dedicated to Greta and Geraldo.

Anybody can call a suit frivolous to satisfy their argument and cite cases that make sense to them, while another attorney can cite other cases to make the first one look like an idiot. All it takes is a good attorney with a good thinking cap and some fine paralegals or law clerks to do enough research until they find what suits the occasion. That is what takes cases so long to conclude or settle, while each side makes a fool of him/herself by filing different motions. That is what is meant by money can buy whatever. A person without funds cannot afford to pay the hourly fees that cover all that is connected with various researches.

Yes james who exactually are you is it R Cosby’s friend James E who calls people names on his blog or so someone said than deleted the post.If anyone but shelly and group saw that whole tape why wasn’t it shown.Many have watched including myself and ANS did not look all drugged up as you stated look at the eyes and her actions when she is told to do something if she was so druged up she would not have been able to follow what she was told to do. Maybe you should check into the Shelly & Thompson clan.They supplied ANS drugs for at least 3 months when HKS was only around on weekends ect.Seems to me R Cosby is in hiding,Why is that?

the simplest solution would have been a pre nup…parents should look out for their children and when they remarry that late in life, well I don’t understand why there is not a pre nup. Anna was young and should have been represented.

Belicoso, the supreme court didn’t think so.
The arguments made in the article were already argued and the supreme court disagreed. Anna does have the right to fight for her husbands money. You are not allowed to will out your wife’s right to the estate.
Think about it, suppose you and your husband were not divorced and he died angry at you, could he simply will your part of the estate to someone else?
If Marshall wanted to divorce Anna he would have had to give her a settlement. There was no pre nup so I imagine the settlement would be quite a bit. His actions while he was alive set her up in a style she became accustom to, whose fault is that?
I feel sorry for his children, the father did not look out for them. Again, that is not Anna’s fault. The father did not seem to look out for any of them. He actually disinherited one son but in reality they all seem to be doing okay and left Anna in a bad way.
I am sorry Peirce did not like his fathers actions when he married Anna but it is what it is and she was his wife entitled to some of his estate not matter which way you cut it.
