Bald Truth Exclusive: Rita Cosby Book Threat! Lawyer Demands Blonde Ambition Off Shelves; Read Lin Wood Letter Here First!

In a 7-page letter dispatched to Rita Cosby’s publisher Friday—and obtained exclusively by The Bald Truth, Howard K. Stern’s lawyer demands Hachette Publishing Group sweep the shelves of Blonde Ambition, the ex-MSNBCer’s salacious “tell-all” that claims Anna Nicole Smith watched a gay sex tape starring Stern and Larry Birkhead—a story based on two Nannies who say they never talked with Cosby.
“In light of the … denials” this week of the two nannies, attorney Lin Wood tells Hatchette he wants it to cease publication of Cosby’s book, which he has targeted in a $60 million libel suit against the journalist and publisher, first revealed in a world wide web exclusive at www.artharris.com.
In the letter, (see link bottom of next page) which asks for an unprecedented literary product recall, Wood sets a Monday, 3 p.m. deadline to hear back from Hachette.
Wood argues that, in effect, with Cosby’s credibility in tatters and crumbling daily, the gig is up, her reporting is a fraud and now that the publisher knows it, Hachette needs to act fast to pull the libelous tome. In fact, he cites shocking new audio tapes revealing her damage control foray to the Bahamas with boyfriend Tom Bednarek…a tape that shows her committing a cardinal sin of her profession and worse.
On Greta Van Susteren’s Friday night talk show on Fox, where Cosby once worked, one former prosecutor said Cosby could be investigated for obstruction of justice–if the tapes he heard show her plan to give perjured testimony in connection with buying the nannies cooperation through their attorney.
With the libel suit hanging over her shoulder, Cosby and Bednarek flew into Nassau Saturday in an attempt to speak with the nannies — two eye witnesses she admits she’d never spoken with before her book came out.
On excerpts of the tapes, played for me by PR man, Lincoln Bain, aka, “Mr. Controversy,” Cosby can be heard discussing paying the two Haitian immigrants to corroborate information she says they gave a private investigator she writes was a (second hand) source for Anna watching a Larry and Howard gay sex tape described in her book.
Former Houston FBI agent Don Clark, a private investigator recruited by Virgie Arthur’s attorney to work his cases, has said he did speak with the Nannies– and claims they described the gay sex scene in words and nods. But he denies he’s the investigator source Cosby cites throughout the book. Clark is also a Fox news consultant.
However, the nannies and their attorney say they only had a brief conversation with Clark—and never talked about the tape or Stern’s sexuality and have no idea where he got that information. Bain said Friday on Greta he would look for his tape of that meeting and if he can find it, play it on her show Monday night…
As of press time, the nannies still had not agreed to speak with Cosby, according to their attorney, who doubts they ever will.

God I love Lin Wood. This man continues to set precedence in defamation suits across the country and this will be no small coup. Whether they pull the book or not, Hatchette is in deep doo doo and they’re going to be taken to the BANK. Mr. Stern is about to be a VERY wealthy man and Mr. Wood is about to have clients fighting each other to get to him first lol. Sweet, sweet revenge!

I just don’t see this happening.The Virgie Arthue team is to arrogant .They sure seem to be going full force ahead with the inquest comming closer and closer.Rita really blew
it for that team and they are sure to be in damage control mode.Listening to o’quinn and vergie arthurs attorney reminded me of the video someone placed here about some dispositions done in Texas. Lin Woods Talks and acts as a gentleman not a brawler like their attorney sounded.

It looks like some things just aren’t going to change. Just watched GVS legal panel talk about Lin’s letter and their really isn’t any other way to say it, one “legal expert” was a real asshole; Basically said that Howard deserved to be treated the way that he has been because of the clown video. Does is not even connect in their heads that its its literally two minutes of a tape that’s more than an hour sliced together? Or that only days ago Anna Nicole’s former bodyguard was caught red handed trying to sell a misleading photo? Do these so called legal expects just not care? Are they too lazy to look for facts themselves?
As for Howard not deserving any money because he didn’t have a reputation, before Anna passed next to NO ONE heard of Howard K. Stern. I used to type in Howard’s name into google to see what I could find on the paternity battle and I found NOTHING about him. 99.9999% of the country had no clue who the hell Howard K. Stern was. So don’t give me this garbage that this whole saga hasn’t dramatically hurt his reputation.
and whether its just a coincidence or not, I have no idea; But its not lost of me that only two days after Howard files his lawsuit suddenly a “death photo” of Anna Nicole appears and only two days after he does pretty well on Larry King suddenly, EIGHT MONTHS after Anna dies the Calif. authorities chose NOW to make this raid.

Boy Art, one of GVS lawyers; Jeff said I’ll bet Lin Wood is crying tonight…ref. to HKS being at the ‘raid’.
My thought; I remember Larry in an interview acknowledging that VA/O’Quinn had a p.i. following him…is it plausable that someone in the DOJ actually knew when HKS was in Dr. E’s house? It was such a small window of time; it is actually unbelievable. (the window of time) I saw the detectives bring out a video camera, bags, and suitcases…I know Mrs. Gibson and a friend were also there…I hope that wasn’t their belongings. This is a real big mess! I have a bad feeling in my gut that O’Quinn’s $ or influence/pressure/payback [something] had something to do with this timing. There was this nut from maybe AH, Carlos? Darn it can’t remember the name…said if the Drs. get in trouble it will open the door for VA to file a wrongful deathsuit…since all the others doors were shut on her. I not a lawyer, but I would think that the only one from ANS family do be able to do that would the baby.
The timing of this was not a coincidence. People are back to saying that HKS is in trouble for the meds being in his name. GVS said that Rita tried and tried to get her this tape before air…I BELIEVE THAT MAYBE CERTAIN PEOPLE AT FOX NEEDED MORE TIME TO EDIT…LIKE THE CLOWN TAPE WAS EDITED! I smell a rat! On both fronts; O’Quinn’s flunkies in CA legal system & Rita’s people trying to pull her out of this mess! Remember Larry B. on LKL, he made a statement that Rita was still working for the cable news…when she was in cahoots w/ Opri. This is NEVER going to end! I bet Mr. Wood is not feeling as good as he did Wed. after LKL. It’s a shame.

Even if by some strange chance charges were brought of this raid on Erosevich & Kapoor, Virgie can’t file a wrongful death suit.
The reason why Howard was not as ‘famous’ is because he was simply a talented attorney with one client. A young talented attorney, to the best of my knowledge he was the youngest attorney ever to win such a case in the Supreme Court…(J. Howard Marshall) for Anna.
You people who think this negativity and lies don’t hurt his reputation are crazy. Howard is a young, brilliant attorney.
The truth is starting to come out. When its all out there for everyone to see, Howard will be rich and smelling like roses. He more than deserves it!

When Dr Kris moved in next door to Anna several years ago, Kimmie her assistant went over to her house and invited her to spend thanksgiving with them . Anna and Dr Kris became friends, and because Howard was around, they all became friends. So what if Howard asked her to watch the dogs or stayed at her house while in LA. big deal. so what if Mrs Gibson was there, she was prob in town to visit with Dannielynn.
The fact all Anna meds were in therapeutic doses or below, I dont see Dr Kris in any hotwater here.it is legal to presribe in others name to protect medical privacy, as long as all parties are aware. happens ALL THE TIME IN HOLLYWOOD.

I have a question. The other night on Larry King Howard and Lin said that Moe had a video camera that was in the hotel room and they would not give it back. Uhhh.. isnt that with holding evidence from a police investigation?! And nterfering with a plice investigation?! Isnt that a crime?! How come Moe hasnt been arrested?!
Also, when the tape of that breast video that that doctor did was leaked, Howard as the exector demanded that it be returned and both Howard and Lin demanded that the rest of the so called “Anna death pcitures” be returned. Boy what a tangle web we weave…………I will be totaly shocked if Howard is any way invovled in this mess. Fox News is kind of one sided and I like the way they say they are fair and balanced. I am reading the book now and only on page 101………….and most of it is from the news and talk shows…I hate the way Rita keeps saying about Hatten Nicoles best friend and Daniel’s God Mother on and on.If I remember those nannies where pulled from the hearing on Daniel’s death as Ford Shelly gave them money………..and they withdrew. I have been to the Bahamas quit a few times and some of those people are just so needy for money.
I pray for Anna’s sake that it is all lies.

All of the “Rocket Scientists” on the talkshows who interviewed Rita Cosby for her WORK OF FICTION must think that the viewing public are all as dumb as the author who wrote this trashy book.
When this women was promoting the book on these programs and she stated that her story of Larry and Howard “Had To Be True” because this information came separately from sources WHO DIDN’T EVEN KNOW EACH OTHER. Why didn’t these talkshow hosts question her about the relationships of the people who were her sources…THE SOURCES WHO DID KNOW EACH OTHER…and call her to the mat on these facts?
We, the viewing public KNOW WHO KNEW EACH OTHER…and it really doesn’t matter if the Nannies knew Hatten, or Don Clark (O’ Quinn’s Private Investigator)…who she claimed were her other sources for this story.
The people WHO KNEW EACH OTHER have a very well known link to Virgie Arthur who is one of the main sources for this book and she is the one person…besides her lawyer…who think that they have the most to gain if the book is to be believed.
Although we all know now that the nannies were not sources for the book…because of the tapes that have been played the last few days of Rita Cosby trying to bribe them…after the fact…through their spokesperson for their testimony and their agreement that they saw the tape.
Come on Interviewers this is a NO BRAINER…why did you never put forward and ask about relationships of the the people who were this women’s sources from the very well documented facts which were put forth on the airwaves over the last many months.
1. Virgie Arthur and Rita Cosby are friends…Virgie is a source for this book as many of the interviewers and/or guests stated on their programs.
2. Virgie Arthur and Jackie Hatten are friends…Jackie Hatten is also a source for this book.
3. Virgie Arthur’s Lawyer John O’Quinn employs Don Clark as his private investigator and it has been stated on TV and the internet that he is also a source for this book.
IMO all of the SOURCES for this book is hearsay from THE TEXAS TEAM. Even Don Clark stated on national television that he was NOT a source for Rita Cosby’s book.
So who did she get her information from to write this trash? It is not a stretch at all to know who gave her this information and who her sources were.
IMO it probably cost the Texas Team lots of cash to get Jackie Hatten to verify and to provide backup to the information in this book.
Although Howard stated on the LKL program that he didn’t think Jackie Hatten had any money…so in other words she probably wasn’t worthwhile suing…I can imagine the personal satisfaction he would gain from suing this woman.
Also in the discovery part of a lawsuit against Jackie Hatten it would be interesting and they would probably find some large lump sum payments to her from some well known people…unless of course it was all in cash…but that could probably be discovered as well because I am sure her standard of living has improved since she has been sharing her THOUGHTS with all of the wrong people.
Geraldo looked quite worried last night when he was defending Rita Cosby and bashing Howard as usual. My question is: Is it common practice for some of Fox’s Investigative Reporters to pay people for their comments/stories…as Rita Cosby their former colleague does…so that they can slant the stories/news to what they want for the ratings for their shows? Are they defending Rita because they really have a heart and feel sorry for her…or are they defending her because they do the same thing but they just haven’t got caught yet?

Good for you Mr. Harris for reporting just the facts. Too bad others do not have your ethical standard. The attorney’s on Greta VS program just refuse to face the truth about Rita C. The tapes clearly indicate that she was trying to bribe the nannies. She was trying to do it in a clever and non commital way, but all the ” You know what I means” out of her mouth are very clear. She has written a book that is not fact based it is just that simple. No matter how much the attorney’s and some of the so called program hosts try to spin it. Facts are facts. Mr. Stern does not deserve the suggestive slander that they have spun. No he was not a public figure and was always in the background until they themselves tried to make him a public figure after Anna’s tragic death. It appears to me Virgie A herself started this whole slander saga by her appearances slamming her daughter and Mr. Stern after Anna’s son’s death. I also am seriously beginning to question the credibility of the investigator for O’Qinn on behalf of Virie A. If Mr. Stern committed any crimes let the courts and crebile ethical investigators sort it out. I also do not find it unusual that he was at the Dr.s house in CA. Anna clearly trusted this woman and Mr. Stern had no reason to find anything wrong with what was going on before Anna’s death. After all she was Anna’s doctor and he would have no reason to be suspect of her as Anna trusted her.

The Nannies saga started when Shelley bribed them. Not being terribly sophisticated, they go back and forth, not really knowing what to do with themselves, other than to continue to stick around and wait for the big payola from somebody. There are so many people jealous of Howard, they know that somebody somewhere is bound to make them rich.
Rather than stay on the phone and speak with Greta, the trouble maker, after the Nanny assured the viewers how committed she is to being truthful, she disappeared and let Bain finish up. I hope that Bain is mostly telling the truth because Rita deserves to get what she deserves. Her ego is not worth the lives she is destroying.

I’ll tell you why Art is defending Howard. On Larry King, it was easy to see Howard was telling the truth. He didn’t hesitate in answering all the questions. You can pretty easily tell when some people are lying and I believe 100% that Howard was telling the truth. He’s the only decent and honest person among all of them.
Jordyn, have you ever seen Ford Shelley looking at the camera or the person he’s talking to? I haven’t. He can’t because he’s always lying and can’t face the person with his lies. That guy is rotten to the core as are so many in this story. Howard is the only good man among them and it’s a shame he has to be constantly doing battle with them. They just don’t stop coming at him with something or other.
Art believes in finding out the truth. It’s a shame the rest of these no-good, so-called reporters and journalists have degraded themselves so, and it doesn’t say much for their networks they report for. I don’t watch any of them anymore, unless I know if Howard is going to be on. I used to think Greta was credible, but after watching her early on, she lost all credibility and I stopped watching her the day she had Anna’s father on and tried so desperately to put words in his mouth.
Howard, please don’t ever go on any of these other shows. You did right by going on LK to let everyone know what is going on. I bet that was the most watched show on TV, ever. This should stop alot of people from just speculating. Maybe not everyone, but the ones that have some intelligence. The rest don’t count, they just think they do, lol.

So it is starting to look like it is standard practice to offer people like Don Clark and Jackie Hatten and the nannys, etc. thousands and thousands of dollars (dressed up as “fees” for various “considerations” all designed to “look perfectly legal”) to go on TV and print media and make things up about Anna and Howard. I am sure the more outragous and questionable the lies are the better because they will be asked back and paid even more to keep the BS flowing. Crosby’s audio tapes sure do reveal a lot about the way the media really works.

Okay, very disturbed by the GR show. It looked like an ambush for LBain to talk about drug use instead of the tapes. No one was very interested in talking about the tapes or what RC did. They were strongly wanting to talk about HKS giving any drugs. They did not want to discuss RC at all, they were all defending her. At the end, they all said they liked LBain and laughed. I don’t care how they got RC to talk. The fact is she said it and she did it. She was wrong. Period. But they will not admit it, at least not very often. They are protecting her on Fox. It is so obvious.
Then he shows the tape from FS on his show from a while back. Well, I remember them saying on that show when I watched it a while back that, yes, they had also administered ANS drugs while she was staying there. Where was HKS, well he wasn’t there? So who was it that gave her the drugs and shots while she was staying there? Bingo. But again, they did not want to discuss that issue. They also kept some of the stuff for proof. Weird, I thought, why would your friends keep your drugs from your drawers while you visited them. Odd at the time I thought. But no one on GR wanted to talk about any of that, just about HKS giving drugs. To me the whole Fox network only wants to hear any negative they can get on HKS, nothing else. One way and there way. In my eyes, they have too many people that do or used to work for FOX as agents, guests, speakers, consultants, and they defend them and do not want to hear the truth, if it helps HKS in any way. OQ team is on a hard driven quest to charge HKS with anything. That way they can get control of estate, Marshall case, and hopefully Dannielynn. Which should never happen. LB will take control if anyone does. This is not looking good for HKS at all. His people need to work on putting more of the facts out there and stop this quest, no matter who it hurts. Gather a team for his lashbacks after every one of these shows air. As far as JH, why hasn’t anyone shut her down with her lies.
I am so sick of the Fox network saying they are fair and balanced, when indeed they are not even close. Having their own people on these shows who will say what they want them too and what they want to hear. Greta is practically begging him to be on her show. Don’t give her the satisfaction.
I needed to vent, even if is to myself in cyberland. LOL This one way crap has gone on way too long. And we the people are supposed to trust these media folks. I don’t think I will ever believe a word they say again, ever. I quit watching them long ago unless they had some factual new information. I gave in tonight. Shame on me.

I have no doubt that Mr. Stern and Mr. Wood are well aware that sometimes the bad guys win, especially when the bad guys have lots of money. Virgie found a benefactor in Mr. O’Quinn, who is obviously doing this beacause he is loaded and this is high drama and simply a hoot to him. He now has something to yuck it up with the boys at the club bar. He can draw this out till he is dead.
Hatchett Publishing has big bucks, and sees that stations such as Fox love to torture Howard, so maybe will just take their chances with a jury. Dangerous, but maybe the person in charge just likes yucking it up also. I have certainly seen dumber corporate move than this.
Gerry Brown is Mr. Drama Queen, so he is getting ready to soak up some national publicity. Geraldo’s sleazy buddies are feeding him their drama as we speak. Geraldo’s fine experts are the Bahamian grave robbers, just up Gerry’s alley.
Keep the faith Howard and Lynn, but have a backup plan.

Last night I don’t know if any of you caught if GR said, that Dr E was there the blonde standing by the ambulance, which was not true. Dr E left the day before……according to all the news reports and the night before that Don Clark said, on Greta show that he only said that one of the nannies said something and I thought he said he knew nothing of a tape??? I watched Mr. Clark on Greta’s show last night and didn’t believe a word he said, especially, the “not knowing Rita was writing a book.” He can proclaim his ex-FBI credentials all he wants, but in my opinion he lied.
Rita needs to come clean and admit she got caught up with shady characters, O’Quinn, Virgie, Opri, Hatten, Speers etc. and lost her way as an objective journalist. She allowed them to use her and the sooner she understands this the better and MAYBE salvage some kind of reputation that will benefit her. It amazes me she allowed herself to get in this position in the first place. Too bad but true.

IMO last night Geraldo and gang were doing the very same thing that Rita did, believing the very same people without acknowledging their agendas or known facts that put their credibility in question.
Don Clark and Lincoln Bain were sitting side by side giving conflicting accounts about the meeting with the nannies and Geraldo never called them on it. Bain had said on Greta that he had taped the May 5th meeting with Clark and the nannies, yet Geraldo never asked Bain for the tape. Is Geraldo ignorant of these things, or is her deliberately ignoring them to smear Howard the same as Cosby has? I’m sure I know the answer.
Again, Geraldo is depending on heresay and not speaking to the nannies directly. Then his panalists sit there and contend that heresay is good enough. The nannies aren’t dead. They are just unwilling to be directly questioned. That should be raising a red flag to Geraldo if he’s any kind of investigative journalist, which obviously he is not. Both he and Cosby must have both attended the “I Don’t Need No Facts Just Heresay From Anyone” School of Journalism.
The nannies credibility was shot even before this. Why doesn’t Geraldo look into their back story and all the things that impune them?
Maybe he should look for the alleged sex video in Al Capone’s vault. He might have missed it the last time he checked there.

I am trying to avoid making remarks on this site, however, this is the only one I will make a comment on. For those of you who think Howards reputation was sullied before this! You are wrong! He was and as far as I am concerned a respected lawyer, yes folks respected! And a confidant of a very brilliant starlet.
Look at Don Clark, Look at Verg, Look at Rita, Look at all of these misfits, Don Clark looked almost as bad as Rita the other night. His advantage, he has some training to keep that ‘poker face’. Rita look like a moth who flew too close to the flame! And poor Vergie? Still looks like Benny Hill.
Howard is the kind of person that if you are a friend in good times he is still your friend in bad times! Is that a character flaw, I say not. This doctor was his and Anna’s neighbor and a dog lover just as he is and Anna was. All he wanted to do was to put the dogs in a place that they would be cared for. And upon his return from New York and picking up his dogs a raid is launched! As a former cop and all of you out there does anyone find that strange? Can’t find fu*#ing Osama, but can conduct a raid while a guy is picking up his pets! Pleaseeee tell me who believes this?
Howard will survive this and I and those close to him will make sure of it! He is a good person as is Larry and they are both fighting for what is right. And say what you will about Howard and Larry, they are very different people but both have a common goal….the baby.

HKS is not a doctor. He was following doctors orders as were the S/T clan, she was with them from May to August I believe. 3 or 4 months. HKS was not there. So who followed doctors orders at that time? The nannies in Bahamas were not doctors, they followed orders from the doctor too. So do we have to go way back to see everyone that was alone with her at any time that might have been following doctors orders? Come on. That would include LB, HKS, nannies before they were fired who worked for S/T, Ms.G the new nanny, FS and his wife, BT and their nannies at their house, MH, Moe and Tas, and everyone from years and years ago who she ever stayed with or were in her company. None of these are doctors and were following docs orders. How do they know what dosages should be or what can’t be mixed what? Someone much earlier in her life should have tried to stop all of this.
Another thing that’s been bothering me is…why did it take Moe and others an hour before they called HKS. Why did it take Tas an hour before trying CPR? Do I have this timeline correct? Is it true that cameras caught a woman going in their hotel room that night and leaving before Moes wife came the next morning. Does anyone know why HKS was not aloud in the ambulance and Moe was, or is this just rumor? I read these on other websites. Does anyone have these facts. I know this is old news, but the media is bringing this up again about that night and day at the hotel.
Seems strange to me that Fox has all of its own folks on over and over to defend RC, DC, VA, and OQ. They all have something in common. DC, RC, OQ, VA, and they intertwine. RC, DC, and others work or worked for this same network. They do not ask or want to hear anything negative about them at all and they stop. But when it comes to HKS and him alone, they are all ears for any and all bad scoop they can get, even if it is lies. LB and baby will be next. They should be more interested in the timeline that day, her teenage years, what and who drove her to depression, what lies are being said and why, did she have secret illnesses that we do not and should not know about, where is everyone getting their money, why is everyone else being paid, but lord forbid HKS made a dime. These are questions that the public want to know about. Get a grip Fox, this one train of thought is getting old.
On GR they seem to all be licking their chops and liking Lbain more and more. Why now, because at the end he stated he did not like HKS at all. Now they want to use him, now they like him. I bet they had a LONG talk with him after that show. They did not want to hear him talk about RC because he did not like her one bit. They will now bully him onto their side. Watch and see. Greta and her schoolyard bullies enjoy tearing Howard to pieces. It is a good thing J. Feiger was involved in some legal problems recently for something improper. The man is so full of himself! Excuse me, I should say “hisself” just like Virgie.
Sad and difficult as it may be, everyone should think twice before becoming involved in any way with a person whose family is of questionable character. Anna thought she was safe by being so far away, but she was wrong. A family such as hers makes it very clear that not even death can shake off trash. Like venomous snakes, Anna’s family and her “best friend” her “bestest” friend, the so-called Daniel’s fairy godmother, are stuck to Howard and will not let go. I liken it to ships docked for maintenance in a shipyard. While workers scrape away at the ship’s sides and bottom, they suddenly become entangled in something bulky, sinister and putrid smelling. They scrape away until their hands are raw and the bulky mass is cracked open. Out pops a hissing, menacing snake poised to strike.

A godmother is someone who is believed to have good morals and who is capable of taking over and look out for the child’s best interests in case something happens to the parent (or parents of the child). That powwow is a sacred event that takes place in a church officiated by a priest. A funny looking paper is filled out with the names of all concerned, the place and the date it occurred. Do you, perchance, have that paper? Can you make it available or did you forget to save it in a safe place? It would be understandable if, while you were busy helping Anna take care of Daniel’s spiritual needs, one of the family’s canines or felines got jealous of the baby and soiled the document. It can happen.
I know you are a fantastic lady dearly loved by Anna. Since Anna always wanted to look beautiful, can you make her proud by refreshing your appearance before you appear on camera? That long stringy hair is unbecoming to a person your age. Since your eyes are so gorgeous, won’t you try to brush that strand off your eyes when on camera? Last time you were on TV there was a meek little guy seating to your right. That was distracting. Next time he refuses to leave your site, just throw a rug over his head to make it look like it is a prop.

There’s no way in this world I, as a mother of the person being ridiculed in that book would say that I love it. I would be fighting alongside Howard to eradicate it. Virgie is a poor excuse for a mother. She is a lipsticked Benny Hill. lol. I don’t see her loving her daughter at all. That to me is a crime!

Lisa Thompson, I agree wholeheartedly with you. I would be the first in line to buy a book from Howard. I know he wouldn’t put anything in it to trash anyone. He is a good man, it’s so obvious that I don’t understand how these other lowlifes in this mess can’t see it. I guess they have too many dollar signs in their eyes. Howard is the only one who doesn’t.
Howard when all this is over and done with, I hope you will consider writing a book. I’m sure it will be a best seller and you won’t have to worry about anyone trying to pull your book off the shelves. We all know it will be top notch the whole way through. And….the truth!

Shannon sounds from his interview that Brown had already made up his mind before any of this went down,More from Canada HKS was not eventhere and if you listen to all the tapes you can see she tryed to bribe the Nannies and got caught.She tried to cover her butt with a tape 3 or 5 days later Get real if the tape she had was unedited it would have been produced instantly not 3 or 4 days later .Lincoln told Geraldo to listen to the tape and he could hear there were different sounds in the background when RC was speaking than when he was speaking.Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure that one out .Damage control All the way around

#57 John, i asked my son he is a Detective about your plates being ran. He said some SLEEZ BAG in the DMV got a cash payment from someone and ran them. I would think it was from TMZ they seem to be quit shaddy. I always wondered how they got alot of information. Well, they pay cash to people and they get the information they need. My son said ONLY law inforecment can run plates.

It is my opinion that Mr. Stern had tarnished his “reputation” well before those he has sued even made their statements. He chose to go along with a public paternity fight while he had the right, as the father of record, to do the paternity test, regardless of what Anna wanted. He may have had a right to do what he did in a legal sense but, morally, it was wrong. He knew that there was a chance Larry was the paternal father and did everything in his power to try and take that right away.
Stern needs to take responsibility for his inablitiy to show good judgement in the court of public opinion which resulted in his own loss of reputation!

#52 Mare….what you dont get is HKS does not need money to sue. Cases like these are done on a contingency basis. What this means is the lawyer gets a percentage of what HKS would get if the case is successful. Lawyers wont take cases if there is a chance they wont win it (basically the case has to prove there is a probable chance he will win it).
Second, I want to ask every single person who criticizes HKS for not working now how soon they would be able to move on and work if they were faced with the same circumstances? Would you be able to just recover so quickly and move on with life? Beth Holloway hasnt been able to.
Third, since Anna’s death people have defamed HKS so bad I think it would be extremely difficult for him to find work (although he is still working for Anna). But my point is to find other work in order for him to support himself….most firms wouldnt want the publicity or drama associated with the case and would not hire him due to the attack of who he is.
Fourth, I am a caretaker with no income and rely solely on room and board as my “pay” like HKS did. Yes it is for my mother….but it is a lot cheaper for her to pay me this way than to pay me a salary…she benefits…just as Anna did with HKS…its actually more noble.
Fifth, what people dont get is that you have to sue to get anything changed in this country…it has become the only way. It is sad but true!

to others…In all honesty, the Bahamian people are wonderful folks, really. Very polite, sweet, and good natured. They roll out the red carpet for tourists. They are poor but they do not think they are. They are happy living their way of living. Just like in the U.S., there are bad Americans too. A few bad apples does not make that county or this one. It is truly a beautiful place. I for one, would not step on any of their feet, just like it is here, the same. As far as a money shake down, sure, it happens here too. We have to weed the bad from the good. Truly does it matter who shook down who? No. Rita is on tape with her voice sinking herself. Period.

I have read a couple of reports that Milstein said DanniLynn’s trust fund has been raided. It should be easy to follow the paper trail to find who took the money. That needs to be done NOW.

LH raided that is a o’quinn VA statement.From what I have read about trusts, It could be used for Dannilynns welfare and if that is where the money went.IMO that is legal. Milstein had to check out any withdrawls made and what they were for.Seems funny that the posters right from the start kept saying there was no trust and now they are proven wrong.Until LB can get things straightened out so he can work IMO he has to do the best he can with what is available for him to take care of Dannilynn.My nephew has a stepdaughter that has a trust and when there is something big they need for her they have to go thru Lawyers to get the money to pay and show why it was needed

Call me nuts, but I like the guy. Joe Francis. I have no interest in his videos, but I respect his entrepreneur spirit. I would reccommend others visiting his web site and reading about his life before passing judgement.

if the medical examiner,s report says accidental death then that is what it is,the methodone anna had was liquid,not pill,i am trying to figure out how any one can blame Howard for any overdose.anna meds were in normal range,with C.H. added,the mixture is what killed her,how is howard to blame for that,with every one bellyaching howard lived off of anna why?would he want her dead,howard had every right to give her meds,he lived with her,whats wrong with that.my money is on FS the snake,i hope the tape he brought rivera, will hang him,he stole them,if he was ANNA FRIEND,WHICH HE IS NOT,HE WOULD HAVE GIVEN THOSE TAPES TO THE POLICE,BUT MONEY HUNGRY AND ALL AROUND SLEAZE BAG GAVE THEM TO ANOTHER SLEAZE BAG RIVERA./

Well,Rita’s Book is still on the shelves. I highly recommend the Book. The part on Stern/Birkhead lovers is only a page. It is the rest of the book that sheds light on this whole ANS saga. Well written and facts to back it up. Maybe now Florida can re-open the case. If Rita can get those records so can the Florida Police (not seminole) and finally do a real investigation. Bring Justice for Anna so she can finally rest in peace.

On the pictures of the ceremony you can see Anna placing a ring on Howard’s finger. Howard’s heart and soul is so totally devoted to Anna, the absence of the ring is probably irrelevant to him.
I can picture Virgie snatching the ring from him if he were wearing it and she got close enough. Which reminds me of a woman who asked her daughter-in-law, whom she did not like, to let her try on her engagement ring. The woman refused to return the ring to her daughter-in-law because she felt her son had spent too much on it.
