Bald Truth Exclusive: Anna Nicole Docs Raided; Howard K. Stern Present During Records Search; Agents Inside Homes of Docs Khris and Kapoor

Armed with search warrants, investigators with the California Department of Justice Friday morning began searching the home and offices of two doctors who prescribed a host of medications for Anna Nicole Smith in the weeks and months leading up to her death from an accidental overdose.
Dr. Khristine Eroshevich could not be reached for comment, but sources close to the case tell The Bald Truth that Anna Nicole Smith estate executor Howard K. Stern was staying at the doctor’s Studio City home when investigators arrived with warrants Friday morning. No arrests have been made.
Also Friday morning, sources confirmed agents searched the home, offices and storage spaces of Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who is also under investigation by the California State Medical Board in connection with prescriptions he wrote for the late Playboy centerfold.
In an exclusive interview, Stern attorney Lin Wood tells me that his client had “left his dogs (including Sugar Pie) under the care of Dr. Eroshovich” while he was in New York for the Larry King Show Wednesday night, and arrived back in Los Angeles at 3 am Friday. “That is why he was at her home when the search warrants were executed,” said Wood. “He got in very late and stayed at the doctor’s house.”
Wood told me it was “pure coincidence Howard happened to be there when the search warrants were executed. I have no knowledge he’s involved in any way.”
The Medical Board of California said in April it was investigating Eroshevich, who, according to documents, authorized all 11 prescription medications found in Smith’s hotel room the day she died.
The Broward County Florida medical examiner ruled that the former Playboy Playmate died of an accidental drug overdose in February at a Florida hotel. She was 39.
Several people close to the model have fallen under suspicion since her death, including her psychiatrist, Dr. Eroshevich, and Kapoor, another California doctor who authorized a prescription for methadone.
Dr. Kapoor is aso under investigation by the California medical board, which began an inquiry to determine if there was any misconduct in his prescribing the heroin substitute to Smith.
Apart from the on-going investigation into doctors who prescribed drugs for Smith, who friends tell me suffered on going pain from old surgeries as well as terrible grief over her son’s death, Lin Wood told me in our exclusive interview that physicians “at times did prescribe legal drugs for Anna Nicole in Howard’s name, and the names of other individuals to protect her privacy. It’s not an uncommon practice when it comes to celebrities in Hollywood.”
As I’ve reported here exclusively, South Carolina developer G. Ben Thompson’s name appears on one prescription written for Smith in the Bahamas. Thompson sued Smith for title to the Horizons house he claimed to have bought for her, but she said it was a gift.
He’s since dropped that lawsuit, and any claim to the house, and has failed to appear for his own trial on contempt charges in connection with the Horizon’s break-in that could send him to jail if convicted, as The Bald Truth has previously reported.
Thompson son in law Ford Shelley has said he went into the house the day after Smith died and removed, at her request, laptops, harddrives, personal videotapes, including the so called Clown video, and other items Larry Birkhead tells me he has yet to return.
Her autospy revealed only trace amounts of Methadone in her bile, according to Broward County Medical examiner Dr. Joshua Perper, and sources close to her tell me exclusively that Dr. Eroshovech had successfully helped weaned Smith off Methadone before Dannielynn was born.
Family members tell me the baby had no drugs in her system.
Sources inside the Studio City home of a woman Anna’s friends affectionately call “Dr. Khris” tell me that agents from the DEA were also present during the raid Friday, that was said to focus mainly on her records.
The state justice department has said it began its investigation March 30 into the prescribing and dispensing practices of doctors and pharmacies licensed in California who may have had ties to Smith.
CNN reports that agents have reviewed more than 100,000 computer images and texts, analyzed patient profiles and pharmacy logs, and interviewed multiple witnesses throughout the country and abroad in an effort to confirm or discard accusations of unethical practices, the source said.
Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel, also is believed to have died from an accidental overdose of anti-depresssants and methadone. An inquest into his death is set for Oct. 30 in the Bahamas.

It’s taken them this long to get a warrant to search the doctors’ records? What took them so long? They should have done that months ago.
Let’s not kid ourselves. ANY doctor who prescribed the amount of drugs that these doctors did (to one patient) should be investigated. And they are.
The criminal aspect of this is in regards to the quantity of drugs Anna was prescribed by these doctors being beyond what the law permits. They will have to answer for that.

In my opinion, Dr. Eroshevich should have been the most likely suspect in both Daniel and Anna’s deaths. By her on admission she was with Daniel right before he flew to The Bahamas and she was with Anna until shortly before she died. IMO she could have told Daniel to take Anna,s medicine when he got to the Bahamas. It’s also my opinion that she also prescribed to much medicine to Anna.

Honestly, how you prescribe that much medicine to one person is beyond me. It is just terrible. May the persons responsible for those medicines be charged.
Just because a “so-called doctor” prescribes medicine doesn’t mean it can be abused. If the doctor knows you are abusing that medicine, seems to me that they are equally responsible.

WOW…I think I am in brain overload mode. So much going on, on a daily basis. I cannot keep up. I am going to have to sit back and watch everything unfold. So confused as to who is who and what is what, and why so many lies. And, I do not engage in gossip. Maybe I am reading too much. I cannot imagine what the professionals are going through. All I can do is put my little two cents in as to what my thoughts are, and that’s not saying much. Just my honest opinion and what my heart says.
This new development does not sound good. Of course I am for facts and truths. So if this doctor had successfully weaned her of the methadone, which is very addictive, then this is good. I wonder if AS had other health problems that us, the public, are not aware of. Which is none of our business anyway.
I am not a lawyer, a doctor, an investigator, a journalist, a website owner. Just little ole me, trying to keep up with the story. All of the players in this story must have a much larger brain overload than I. I truly think that this story will never end, it will go on forever. Will the truth ever be told, when so many lies block the path. I for the life of me cannot understand why there are SO many people trying to make a buck off of this deceased woman. Everyone is coming out of the woodwork with truths and lies, anything for money. She will never be able to rest in peace. Just let HKS take care of her estate like she wanted and let LB raise that beautiful baby. Those were her wishes, that is what she wanted, why is so hard for everyone else to understand. It is so simple. Everyone else needs to move on and leave these two men alone to carry out want she wanted. Some will spend a lifetime trying to change her wishes and make money. Is it worth it, no, not in my eyes. Money cannot buy love that was never there. I am more and more understanding what she went through when she was alive. I understand now why she wanted to bolt and move to the Bahamas and be left alone, with only HKS by her side. Very sad. Very disturbing.

I was hoping I’d never read any more bad news about this case and everything would continue to go Howard’s way. I think it’s really unfortunate he was at Dr. Khris’ house when it was raided, no matter what the reasons, he has probably given the media more to go after him for and to speculate about. It is nice that Howard took Sugar Pie to the Doctor, but not Anna when she was slowly dying and unable to even take herself to the bathroom with a high fever.
It is against the law to prescribe medication to anyone other than the patient. Howard Stern will ge indicted! Celebrities are not above the law. Dr. E has been precribing pain medication to Larry Sue Birkhead as well. Vicodin.
It looks like Larry Sue will be treading water in his custody case since Dannielynn’s trust fund has been raided according to Milstein.

This is a great argument for a digitalized medical records system. Doctors and pharmacists would know if their patients had other doctors prescribing the same meds for them.
Sadly, for Anna I believe she would have recovered from the depression after Daniels death had the Thompsons/Shelleys not been so hard on her so soon after losing her child and giving birth to another child. The looming paternity suit also played a roll.

They know the meds were written FOR Anna under Howard’s name, it’s common practice for celebs. Well now this is a good thing a very good thing that happened because now it will shed some light and possibly clean up everything that everyone seemed to think was Howards fault.
Once this investigation is done it will be realized that Anna Nicole needed to live in Hollywierd were youth is a hot commodity and aging actresses are thrown to the wayside.
There are many addictions botox, plastic surgery look at Cher who wanted to fool mother nature, and the all time loving addiction to drugs to keep you up and down and feel young if you need to. If you watched her show you would of seen her getting her teeth done to look like someone she knew so that her smile would be perfect, if you looked at Anna’s chest she wanted the largest poontoons that existed because she was in the entertainment world if you watched her weight go up and down well that is food depression,a result of rejection over an over again, and as a result the diet pills and whatever else she did to get to that weight liposuction, slimfast it got the result that she needed to make a comeback. Because no one wants a fat girl in hollywierd. Daniel dies as a result of severe dibilitating depression Anna’s doctor is there and the only thing to subside emotional pain is medication to live. I do not blame any of her physcians,or Howard I blame the enviroment, I blame the endless demands of her job, and pressures that hounded her. Anna could of been anything that she wanted to be she chose her life and as a result this was her fate. No one forces you to take the stuff it is your choice, life is choice so is death.,

I am shocked on behalf of Howard K Stern. I am sorry for the new rounds of torture he is subjected to. In my opinion, this raid goes back to a certain high-stakes lawyer who plans to tackle the Marshall fortune, and a certain vindictive, elderly woman who hates Howard K Stern because she refuses to accept that it was her very own daughter who wanted nothing to do with her. Howard no longer lives in the Bahama’s. With no residence and no job, they would not renew his visa, especially after he dragged the Bahamian officials into the mess by getting Anna Nicoles immigration “fast tracked”.
He lives with his parents (supposedly) in California. When I have someone dog-sit for me, even if I come in in the middle of the night, I don’t pick them up until the next morning. I don’t believe his story.

Why is it so hard for anyone to believe that Howard would want to leave his beloved pets with a trusted friend, who lives a few houses away from LB and the baby. I would never leave my pets at a kennel or call in a petsitter. Who would he trust to come in house??? If I am not mistaken, his sister lives in California as well as his parents. As someone is the above post mentioned Larry King does film there as well. Howard said on Larry King that he goes back and forth from California to the Bahamas, lives in both places. He could have had a number of legitimat reasons for being in California at that time. Why are some people jumping the gun that there must be some wrong doing going on?? Want to see wrong doing, look at all the wrong doing Virgie Arthur and her pitbulls are doing. Again the timing of this event is very suspect!!

Maybe it was a good thing Howard was present. At least with a Lawyer present the Warrant had to be executed Legally and only for what it stated. He would have been able to protect Anna’s interests, which is his job.
Sounds as if he wasn’t meant to be there, but he was and knows exactly what went down. So now he knows what the next witch hunt is going after.
Possibly to exhume Anna’s body but that means that the Florida Coroner’s Findings would be challenged.
I hope they are not going for Anna’s health records only.
How long before they Leak onto the Net and in the Media?
Imagine if she talked to her Doctor about her Childhood? How she felt about her mother? What would Virgie say about that, especially if it was leaked to the media, she would have to sue…. someone!!!

I can see why Howard was at the Dr. home. He comes in from a flight at 3am and goes to her home for the dogs. Can you imagine if he had gone to Larrys home for the night. The press would have had a hay day with that one, along with Rita saying SEE HE AND LARRY ARE LOVERS look Howard stayed the night over there. I’m glad this is coming out and if the Dr.s are cleared then Virgie will have to see her daughter died of a overdose. If they are not cleared then she will still have to except that her daughter took them herself and Howard didn’t pour them down her throat. Virgie and O’Quinn are just looking where they can sue for money. O’Quinn has to get back something for all the cash he has put out on Virgie. Tab was 400,000 and I’m sure growing.

Are you saying tha Lin Wood didn’t know where he was when he was being interviewed by Larry King? Because Lin Wood was there, sitting right next to Howard during the entire interview, and I’m pretty sure he’s sharp enough to know what state he was in at the time.

To start with Howard K Stern is not a resident of the Bahamas, only a visitor. He is a legal resident of CA, he cannot premanently reside at Horizons. He can visit for x amount of weeks. I would assume, the dogs were flown back with him when he had to leave the Bahmamas after Anna Nicole death and the dogs went with him. I do not know if the Bahamas have the same restrictions as the UK (since they are a former British colony which would mean 6 month quaratnee). As Americans, we think all governments are the same as us. American mentality is narrow. Dr. Kris lives next door to ANS/HKS. It makes sense, he would leave the dogs with her.
Anyone who has experience with someone who has an adcition knows they are the only one who can make the choice. Anna Nicole had an adiction, Howard could not prevent it. Her Doctors did not need to add to it by prescribing more meds. Addicts are clever. Published reports say Dr. Kris got Anna Nicole off Methadone and the baby was born drug free.
I am not saying Dr. Kris is without blame but the facts have not been revealed. We only have “tabloid sensaltionism”
Anna Nicole was tortued by Daniel’s death. Could she have given him something to help him?

Sounds like O’Quinn may have had something to do with the timing of this. I’m sure he knows alot of people and can pull alot of strings. He and Virgie aren’t going to stop, until someone stops them. It’s ok for a Doctor to prescribe lots of medication to a person, for different “health reason” some people have to to take 10 to 20 (pills) different kind of prescription medication 3 or 4 times a day! Anna knew that she was taking to much of her meds, more then her dose”. Maybe she was in alot of pain. Anna over dose herself” it made her feel better. I think Anna is more to blame for her own death” She was an adult and nobody could tell her what to do. Look what happen to Elvis P. Over dose. Check out the other (adults)young felmale stars, thats been in news, ‘drinking, drugs, let hope nothing happen to them. then who are we going to blame.

As far as LB & HKS trying to make money off the death of Anna, what about Virgie?? Her daughter hated her. She had no contact with her adult grandson…what the hell is she entitled to??
Khris and Anna were close friends therefore making Howard and Khris close friends. People are forgetting that Anna & Khris were neighbors until Anna moved to the Bahamas, where Khris also visited her. Obviously the dogs knew Khris. Considering that she and Howard are friends and Larry lives next door with Precious, is it odd that Howard might stay there with the dogs or leave the dogs in the care of Khris? If Howard had stayed with Larry, you’d all have something to say about that too. If there was some wrong doing on the part of Dr. Khris in regards to Anna’s tragic passing, why would Larry, Howard, Howard’s sister, etc etc remain close friends with her??
I, personally, am on my fair share of prescriptions for legimate medical reasons. If something were to happen to me as a result of my scripts, it would be my own fault. The doctors put the directions on the labels, but how the patient uses the meds are out of the doctor’s control. I guarantee I take more meds than were found in Anna’s system and I assure you my doctor has the proper documentation to back up what he prescribes to me. Also, if I were a celebrity, there’s no doubt in my mind that he would write them FOR ME in someone elses name.
If this so-called investigation had been going on since March….why now?? Something isn’t right. I say it has something to do with VA and/or Rita. Just my opinion.
Have any of you trash talking fools ever met any of these people?? Dr. Khris is one of the most down to earth, wonderful women I have ever met. She wouldn’t do a thing to hurt anyone. I sure hope Anna and Daniel are safe in Heaven together. Anna’s life is what she said it was, a constant fight. She has been going through this for years. I couldn’t stand to put up with all of this stress year after year. Look at just this week. Then look at the past year. Who could put up with all of this awful stuff?
Maybe if people had left her the heck alone she would still be alive. Not one person killed Anna, Like the Rx drugs she took it was a bad mix that killed. As usual Howard is cleaning up the mess and trying to do the right thing.
The fact that Dr. E and Howard are still friends is a good thing. If they weren’t then maybe there was some blame to be had, but they continue to be close. They lived this thing not us. Why would a sucessful Dr. and a Lawyer kill a women they loved? For what??? They are not happier or better off as a result. They are vilified in the press and face nothing but problems.
Thank goodness Art tells us the truth. Watching TV puts such a spin on it all.

If you don’t know what you’re talking about- don’t talk at all! The Bahamian official that “fast tracked” Anna’s immigration is Shane Gibson. The entire Gibson family was/is Very good friends with Anna and Howard. Shane Gibson’s mother was DL’s nanny- who was at DL’s b-day and was with Howard in CA..(Personally I find it really sweet that Larry would allow not only Howard to stay apart of DL’s life but apparently Mrs. Gibson too-people that where important to Dannielynn’s mother. I NEVER thought I would say this consider how I felt only a few months ago- But maybe Larry Birkhead isn’t half bad of a guy after all.) And you know what Shane Gibson’s father- King Eric is?! Dannielynn’s godfather.
Also, as for Howard leaving his dogs- ANNA’s dogs with a friend- maybe its because he knew he was going to be in Calif for a while and didn’t want to leave the dogs in a cannel. (I know when Im gonna be gone for a while I drop my pets off at my mother’s place; Cause I don’t want them stuck in a 2×2 foot cage!) Apparently there is going to be an estate hearing next week in Calif. I don’t know if Howard as the executor of the estate has to be their or not, but assuming he does, what’s the point of going back to the Bahamas if you just have to turn around and come back to Calif in a week?! In defense of your personal attack, of course I was not a personal friend, no one here knew her, how silly. How do I or you know what her wishes were? Well, I did watch in court what her wishes were. I am not blind or hard of hearing. Her will stated, if I’m not mistaking, that HKS was to be one of her executors. Also, history speaks for itself, she had no contact with her family long before HKS came into her life. So no one can blame everything on him, he was not around at that time. I am not speaking for her, she stated most of this in her will, and with her actions for years, before and after HKS came into her life. So unless you knew her personally, then you cannot say one way or the other either about any of this story. We can only read, watch interviews, listen to the facts unfold, and then decide. And yes, a lot of other people are trying to make a buck off of her. Trying to sell diaries, surgery videos, books, and so on. The HKS bashers do not know any of these folks either. So your statement works two ways. Only that one human being is being portrayed guilty prematurely. Innocent until proven guilty. That is the law. So, these are only my opinions and thoughts, just like yours and everyone else here. I did not or have not ever blamed anyone for her death, to my knowledge, it was accidental. Joni……. I agree with you, O’Quinn and Virgie will never stop until someone stops them! I think the timing of the raid was just a set up (with a lot of people involved) in order to file wrongful death against Howard or Dr. K or someone, ANYONE – wherever they can get the most money. There are so many SICK, EVIL people involved that I have lost count. I am sick at heart and, as EJ said, so mad I could SCREAM!!! I never thought that I could feel the level of true HATE that I feel for so many people who have hurt Howard – and it grows daily.

Speculation on that is in the same category as “howard and Larry are involved in a sexual relationship”. Probability is that neither is true. Besides, who cares?
Just suppose for a moment that somebody may have given Howard a heads-up on what was about to happen, and he went there to support his friend. Too many off the wall events are happening, and I am trying very hard to concentrate on how and if the courts are being pressured to hear some cases before others. For instance…if O’Quinn can put pressure on “moonbeam” to get the case of Dr. E and Dr. K’s case prosecuted before Howard’s cases against him, and Rita, then he, Vergie and Rita will prevail.

I am sorry you have to take so much medication and certainly hope you fair well with it. However, I am sure it depends on what kind of medications. You do not need to tell me, because I do not care. Furthermore, just because Virgie disapproved of her daughters drug use did not mean she did not love her and certainly didn’t mean she wanted her and her grandson dead. The only reason HKS hung around Anna was because he enjoyed the lifestyle and he had the Marshall money always in his brain. Come on people, aren’t some of you reaching a little high? The raid by the US Drug Enforcement Agency and the CA Justic Department is the direct result of a Texas lawyer and a little old lady in Houston. LOL Please don’t give them that much credit. I have felt the law has been negligent to at least investigate Dr. E’s heavy hand with the pill bottles. They did the same thing to the doctor of the wrestler who killed himself and his family.
And I take medications too, but if I took them all and wanted more, my doctor would want to know WHY? What happened to the ones he already GAVE me? The man is downright stingy with his pills. I had surgery and he sent me home with a 3 day supply of oxycodone. I asked for more. He said “take Tylenol”.
It is irresponsible for a doctor to overprescribe medication, and just because you and your doctor are traveling buddies doesn’t mean that they should abuse that responsibility because you just might end up dead. Like ummmm, maybe Anna Nicole?

I watch Geraldo at Large last night, with his guess Don Clark, and Lincoln Bain. Like Greta, Geraldo failed to as the mega question to Don Clark regarding his interview with nannies on the HKS and LB ghost sex tape.
Here is what does not make any sense to me: Mr. Clark is a well-trained senior FBI agent that held very sensitive post during his career as head the FBI offices in New York, and Houston. Why would a man with his professional investigative background travel from Houston to the Bahamas to interview two nannies, he hardly knows and may only have a one-time opportunity to talk with them did not carry a tape recorder to record his interview?
It appears every one connected to the Rita’s mess seem to be smart enough to record every meeting, phone calls etc, except a ex G-man dress with prestige!
I can tell you HKS lawyer will have lots a fun with Mr. Clark in a deposition or on the witness stand.

Art, I am so fed up with the news media. From the beginning, the media starting telling a story about Howard that he wwas responsible for Anna’s death. When the autopsy said her death was an accidential overdose. The Media was beside themselves. Questioning the autopsy results. The media did not like the fact that Howard did not have many clients. The media can never admit that they are wrong about anything. Did the media love Anna? No. Did the media love Daniel? No. Anna and Daniel was nothing more than ratings for these gossipers. Fox News and many other networks are in bed with VA, RC, JO, and DO and they put on their tv programs liars, thieves, drug smugglers and former prisoners and not once did the media disclose any of this information to us, the public. Lets take a breath and see where all this leads because the media is so anti Howard they can not see straight. Anna loved Howard, and Howard loved Anna. The attorney general, good old Jerry Brown’s raid is quite suspicious. If I remember correctly, Mr. Former FBI mentioned that he brought this matter to the attorney general’s attention. Mr. FBI man has to be investigated and punished for using his clout to destroy others. It certainly is welcome news that the FBI’s office is currently being investigated.

All right, here’s what we have. Dr. E flew to the Baha’s to visit HKS the week before Dannilynn’s birthday fiasco, and then she accompanied him to KY for the party. This is the woman who prescribed the drugs to the man who gave them to her mother causing her death. Now for some reason, the doggies were at Dr. E’s, along with Nannie Gibson, while HKS was in NY. He supposedly misses his earlier flight and winds up back at Dr. E’s in the early morning….to pick up the doggies, yeah right. What was Gibson doing there? Babysitting the dogs that Dr. E was babysitting? Why couldn’t that have been done in the Bahamas? This whole mess continues to stink to high heaven.

It is a bit suspicious that HKS would go to the doctor’s home just to drop the dogs off, it seems unnecessary. But in regards to the investigation, this is long overdue, when someone dies and a combination or overdose of drugs is the cause this sort of action should be taken immediately not 8 months later.

Go ahead and do that. I have never in my whole life seen so many people gang up on one person. It’s unbelievable!!
It doesn’t matter what this poor man does or doesn’t do, it’s never the right thing. If he does one thing, they put him down, but if he would do the opposite, they would still put him down. It would seem like he can’t win, but I don’t believe that for a minute. I believe he’ll win everything he sets out to do and I for one, will be cheering him on.
What did these idiots do before Howard? Who did they blame every little thing on then? People like them can only stay on top for so long, then they will all tumble. I want a front and center seat to see that, lol.
Howard, stay strong and focused on what you have to do and don’t pay attention to these rodents that have been hounding you for so long. They are all about to get what’s coming to them.

Sometimes, it seems as though we have a cruel game master somewhere that presents two different scenarios, but ones that result in the death of someone. Perhaps this game is to test the good or evil of the selected players.
The main player in one scenario is a man, dealing with the murder of a son, and in the other, a woman dealing with the death of a daughter of a different circumstance.
What stands out is how each deal with the grief involving their own failed personal relationship with those they have lost. Both were estranged from their adult child. Both strike out at a person who is closest and most vulnerable to persecution, whether or not that person is guilty. They feel revengeful because they have been prevented from ever making right the wrongs that they may have done to that child.. In each of their mind, someone’s got to pay for deterring them from making things right.
So each take their cause to the national media, get the public involved in an attempt to appeal to those who might validate them and possibly alleviate the self-loathing. Realizing that it takes money to crusade for their cause, each appear on the media, solicit money to start foundations, sell their story to any publishing company who will buy their story. All in the name of revenge.
Each have money coming in from their efforts, but it doesn’t alleviate the guilt and self-loathing. Next recourse is to destroy that person, take away their ability to hold a job, their reputation, their privacy, and maybe even their life. All to alleviate their self loathing.
Analysis: Both players use the same game plan. Both players lose.
Moral: Revenge is not sweet. Revenge destroys the soul.

I heard Rita C Friday night on Rush Humphrey (not sure about the name) radio show saying that Howard and Larry are being seen with Dr E and then she said something like “that says everything”.
To me that proves again that the timing of the raid was a set up and that the Evil teams wants to make the friendship between Howard and Dr E look suspicious.

That statement could have come from me as late as 10 years ago when I was pet(less). Now my pets are treated just as I would treat my children. They get their annual checkup, get their dental taken care of, etc. When one of them passed away due to old age, I felt as though I had abandoned my child.
A kind, beating heart is what drove Howard to be at his friend’s house where he was obviously being monitored and Mr. Jerry Brown decided it was showtime.
When, I wonder, is Virgie going to be stopped in her tracks? By taking more and more chances to destroy people, she is really gambling hard. Gamblers have a way of riding on top of the world until they are knocked down and left penniless. Even a drafty, roach infested trailer will probably end up being not within her reach.

Re: all the prescription drugs that ANS had in her possession and/or her body.
How many of you have had a doctor prescribe meds for you and then change them later? Did you throw the leftover meds away? Does your doctor watch you dispose of left over pills when he prescribes a new drug for you? Do you keep them in case the doc put you back on them? Does your husband, another family member or a friend monitor what drugs you have in your possession? Do they monitor what you take and how often? Could you take drugs and no one know you had taken them? I keep the leftover pills from a script. Sometimes the new prescription doesn’t work as well as the first one so I have to go back on the first one. This has happened to me many times. I have a lot of drugs in my possession that I no longer take. If I abused drugs then I could take drugs that the doc and my husband weren’t aware of. I could be mixing the drugs from the older script with the most recently prescribed drug.
My husband picks up all of my prescription drugs from the pharmacy. He lives in the same house with me every day but he has no idea how many different bottles of drugs that I have from old and new scripts. He could read the drug’s name on a lot of my scripts and not even know what they are. There have been many occasions that I have asked him to bring me my bottles of medicine (pain meds, anxiety meds, sleeping pills, mood stabilizers, anti-depressants, etc) or get the pills out and hand them to me. He wouldn’t know whether I had already taken them an hour before or 4 hours before. Was he forcing me to take drugs? Was he trying to keep me drugged up? Was he trying to control me? No, he was doing what I asked him to do. He doesn’t know what drugs or the dosage that the doctor currently has me taking. A good example of this is my doc had increased the mg dosage on one of my meds several months ago. I kept the leftover pills from the first script then a month ago he changed me back to the first script. Since I had kept the leftovers I didn’t have to pay to buy more pills. Dr Kris and HKS may not have known just how many drugs ANS had in her possession. I know some will say how did they not know as much as they were staying in the same house with her? Did they search her dresser drawers, the boxes in the closet or the pockets of clothes hanging in the closet? There are a lot of places in a house where a person could hide drugs that no one would know about unless they constantly searched the house from top to bottom.

First of all, he was picking them up, not dropping them off. As for it being “unnecessary” – what the hell does that mean? It was necessary that the dogs stay with someone while Howard was in NY. Should they have just taken care of themselves? I know my dogs like to be fed daily. Someone needs to be around to do that. Dr. E is Howard’s and Anna’s longtime friend and neighbor. She lived with Howard and Anna for the last months of Anna’s life. Don’t you think that means they were “close”? Do you think she might actually like those dogs that were Anna’s and happily agreed to take care of them while Howard was in NY?
Is it suspicious that Howard would be friends with a woman who was his and Anna’s neighbor for five years and who lived with Howard and Anna in the Bahamas for months? Is it suspicious that when Howard is in California but has to go to NY that he would leave the dogs with someone he knows and trusts to take care of them?
Is it possible that you don’t know what the word “suspicious” means?

I am sure this is not the only thing that keeps Mr. Harris occupied; however, it is the only thing most of us bloggers are aware of and gladly sunk out teeth into.
