Check out a new shot fired over the Stern bow by lawyer John O’Quinn who wants the federal judge in Florida to wave a 48 page motion limit so he can unload in his response to defamation charges filed by Howard K. Stern. Apparently, the celebrated billionaire lawyer needs lots of paper to explore the “complex” issues.
We can hear the judge now: “Keep it short, Texas, we like our trees.”

o’quinn will delay this as long as he can . He does not want this suit taking place outside of Texas where he has some control.If he is indeed talking to the Marshalls that shows just where VA’s plans run to the money not Dannilynns best interest.I think they(their team) will try and destroy everyone and anyone in their way

This request tells me that fool is gonna put everything but the kitchen sink in his response. Another throw everything you’ve got and PRAY something sticks. If he had FACTS, and PROOF to defend himself he wouldn’t need a page more than the alloted 48 pages to do it. This is just another tactic to waste time and keep the Wood/Stern camp busy wading though his B.S.. Bottom line, you can’t call someone a “murderer” when there’s been NO MURDER! Two accidental deaths kinda puts the kibosh on that nonsense.

If O’Quinn will leave off his resume and his philantrophic
history, plus learn to stick to the point and not meander all over the place, he can possibly adhere to the 48 page limit. I hope the court holds his feet to the fire, so to speak.

O’Quinn does not appear to be an honest attorney, he seems to be EVIL, he has no respect for the courts or his clients, he has no respect for Howard and all that he (Howard) has suffered. Hopefully, Howard and his legal team can silence some of these EVIL people - the sooner the better.

Hopefully the judge will hold O’Quinn’s feet to the fire and WAVE the bulky document to fan the fire! Being as tall as O’Quinn is, a lot of fanning is required to get the flames to rise up and caress his face.

Well I havent had the reading displeasure yet of reading the response and really from the sounds of it I could really careless what snivel whining BS O’Quinn puts out there … There is no way he can deny wrong doing considering everyone watching his slurring speech heard loud and clear not only his distain for H. Stern but his committment to lie for his client … at any cost … and what a cost it was/is indeed.
O’Quinn is having quite the rough patch .. between the ruling of monies being returned to the rightful peoples that (implant cases) and now this I look forward to seeing him crumble … The Gin isnt gonna keep O’Quinn going and being fearless …. even bullies get held accountable …

OQ knows as well as the rest of us he used the “M” word
numerous times, referring to HKS! OQ has had enough time..

LaVone withouhis resume and tax break gifts he would not have much of course he leaves out how he was investigated and kept delaying till it was given up on,not that he was innocent but just taking to much of the tax payers money to keep on with all the delays and court hearings ect.Or how he was practising withou a license in another state and the worst one IMO is going after clients right after they lost loved ones in a plane crash.

O’Quinn and his lawyers want that ‘rule’ waved so they can file more than 48 pgs. for their Response to HKS.
Personally, I think they are just trying to intimidate and stall…I really do not believe that they could have that much to say in response; as HKS did not ‘blast’ accusations about O’Quinn over national TV! The only thing I can think of that would fill more than 48 pgs. would be a bunch of hearsay from other people - which I do not believe would be admissible.

LaVone from what I read about o’quinn the Texas bar was investigating him for his noconforming practices or something like that and he just kept delaying it till they finally left it go after many years.One of the Marshalls attorneys was one of the attorneys investigating him.Don’t know if he is still a marshall attorney but if he went after o’quinn it would be kick a– just like Jamail

Just came up with the name of the Marshall attorney and I read he is still an attorney for the Marshalls Rusty Hardin so I kind of find it hard to believe he would fall for o’quinns line because he knows from experience what o’quinn is.Maybe if the case is heard in california there are different attorneys.Every thing I have read about Texas laws is no so good.IMO Texans like to keep there money in Texas,of course the Marshalls are his clients.that says it all

oq was cought before trying to pay whitnesses to testifie in a lawsuit and had to pay out a bunch of money .he thinks his s— dont stink but thats all he is —a big bag of s—. we all know that a lie is halfway around the world before the truth can get its pants on!!!!!!.him and pig face va were made for each other ,her stupid husband cant see whats going on .she lost all that weight working off her bill if you know what i mean lol. she can use all the make up she wants, ya just cant cover up evil.
