We couldn’t help noticing a hand with a cell phone in front of the pool camera as O.J. Simpson walked out of court and back to his cell after a judge set his bail at $125,000.

Another great scoop for you with this picture. The court sent a letter to OJ’s attorney’s and apologized for their behavior and had the picture removed from the court employees phone. The letter is on TMZ. You really keep us up to date on everything. Love your site.

2. Michelle: When I saw this moment, something said, Whoa, padnah, is that the National Enquirer in a suit? Or…no way, an officer of the court, celeb obsessed, so out of his mind with OJ fever, he thinks he can pull a fast one and snap a cell phone memory of The Juice?
We are delighted Clark County sent a letter apologizing to OJ’s lawyer for the inappropriate behaviour and erased the moment. That should be a bit reassuring to the accused, that he just may get a fair trial…if he can get the right jury.

I do believe the person that took the video was in the court approved “reporters circle” that was allowed in and allowed to video and take pics.
