Exclusive: Bald Truth Anna Lawsuit Documents! Inside Defamation Case Against John O’Quinn; Greta, Grace Warn, You Can’t Call Stern A Killer!

It’s all in the exclusive Howard K. Stern countersuit against lawyer John O’Quinn we’ve obtained, including excerpts from FOX News talk host Greta Van Sustern and CNN’s Nancy Grace, separately warning Vergie’s lawyer there’s no evidence to call Stern a killer.
In the lawsuit memo, Stern attorney Lin Wood details why a judge should deny the claims of Vergie Arthur’s billionaire lawyer that he did not defame Smith’s executor by calling him a “murderer” on national television.
In his legal memo, Wood recaps the accidental overdose of Smith and earlier, her son Daniel, who also succumbed to a bizarre mix of anti depressants and methadone, and the public accusations made by Anna Nicole’s mother, then O’Quinn, that Stern had to be the killer. Stern wants him held legally accountable for false and defamatory statements:

VERY GOOD Filing!
They succeed in squashing O’Quinn’s cases that he filled his response with, as having nothing to do with the case at hand.
They have proved that Witness Convenience should OVERRIDE O’Quinn’s convenience.. 20+ to 1 and the one has a private plan.
The sqashed his almighty plan that litigation priviledge allowed him to say whatever the heck he wanted..I don’t think so. Murder allegations have nothing to do with a burial and/or custody hearing.
Lin Wood did a GREAT job of shutting the media and O’Quinn up in accusation of murder and speculation. Now O’Quinn gets to pay the price.

You cannot control everything, you can only control how you react to any situation.
This is why Anna and Howard were together as friends for so long, this is why Anna died. Howard had no more control than anyone would, she was her own person. She made her choices.Daniel just made a bad judgement call we all make mistakes this should not be a surpise to anyone.Howard was never involved, his only error was that he fell madly in love with Anna,and she left him anyways.

After reading this I remembered o’quin saying his wife asked him to take on this case because of this so called poor women and he said he did it because he was raised by his grandmother.Now we find out an FBI Agent(VA son) asked as a favor for him to take on this case.What favor will be asked in return?Do we need to have the FBI investigated also?Sure makes me wonder what is going on. IMO GO Lin Wood and CO.

ET has confirmed that on August 16, 2007, G. BEN THOMPSON, the man who had claimed that he owned ANNA NICOLE SMITH’s Bahamas home, withdrew his lawsuit against VICKIE LYNN MARSHALL (aka Anna Nicole) regarding the dispute over the Bahamian Horizons mansion, where she lived at the time of her death.
At the same time that he dropped his “notorious” lawsuit against Anna Nicole, Thompson filed a damages lawsuit against those parties that Thompson alleges were involved in the real estate deal.

O’Quinn ruined his career by saying what he did. If anyone thought he was reputable and intelligent, he threw it all away by calling Howard a “murderer” on national tv. He sounded plain old IGNORANT, when he said that. Not a great way to sound when you’re a LAWYER. No decent human being could ever take him seriously again, because he flings accusations that are completely unsubstantiated, and while the “common folk” might do that, educated, supposedly INTELLIGENT people who are LAWYERS and are supposed to know the LAW, DON’T DO THAT.

He may appear shady sometimes but you can’t just flat call someone a murderer on national television under these circumstances and not see that as defamatory. As wary as I am about HKS I still think that O’Quinn stepped way over the line with this one.

You may recall the hyenas screaming Stern’s guilt, including two Haitian nannies on the inquest witness list who admitted they received money from Stern nemesis Ford Shelley. Not to mention the opinionated Bahamian judge presiding over it, who was recently fired by the Supreme Court, for speaking to the press about the inquest…And how opposing sides whipped up headlines and public the furies over Anna’s death, Daniel’s death and Horizon’s to create a highly charged atmosphere of distrust and suspicion. Since the jury pool of an inquest is chosen randomly from people off the street, there was no guarantee Stern would receive a fair hearing and no way to weigh bias, as lawyers do in standard voir dire proceedings in the states when picking a jury.
Stern was challenging the legal system to provide an unbiased jury, and apparently a higher court agreed, invoking a British commonwealth tradition that in some cases jury pools can be quizzed and vetted for bias.
If the inquest happens, facts surrounding Daniel’s death can now emerge in a neutral courtroom where it will be more difficult for runaway jurors to make it onto any panel out to determine what happened.

Stern should win this lawsuit against this Texas attorney. I watched him slander Mr. Stern many times on national TV without any evidence that Mr. Stern had committed any crimes at all. He was overly involved with Anna’s mother who had not shown Anna any love or support emotionally in years maybe not even when she was a little girl. Sad case, with sad outcome. But O’Quinn does not have the right to slander people just because he is rich and thinks he can get away with anything.

I hope they nail this man to the wall for all the things he said about Howard.He was so arrogant in all the interviews I saw him in. But he really made a fool of himself in court he looked like a country bumpkin compared to most other lawyers in the court room. Maybe he can’t remember saying these things was because he looked drunk most of the time and the rest of the time he looked hung over.What a fool it looks like he will end his career being the country bumpkin that came to court half pissed. I’m happy he spent all that money on Virgie. He must be really stupid or really drunk to help that sorry excuse for a mother.I’m sure he thought that he would be able to win the case and then go after the Marshall money. He’s crazy if he thinks the public thought he was doing this just because he was a fellow Texan. We all know what he was after and it has nothing to do with being nice it has to do with being GREEDY.
I hope Howard wins a huge amount of money from this man.

Cindylou…Howard is on the job day, nights and week-ends. His work never ends thanks to so many people who tried to destroy both him and Anna. He is an attorney – he is doing what an attorney does – and doing a very good job it seems to me. Try not to be too upset because Howard will probably continue to do what he does best – legally trying to clean up the mess that everyone else has made.

I find it quite strange that when someone makes a comment or statement that does not side with HKS, we are belittled and called names. I would like to think I remember the drugs and the clown movie. Furthermore, I am quite concerned about people who think it is alright to get so called prescription drugs in large amounts with different names on them and then 2 young people become deceased way before their time and all the rest of the horrible fantasy that has taken place concerning this whole heartbreaking mess. Mr. Stern needs a reality check, not the other people who are well aware of what has taken place where two young people died way before their time. In particular an attorney who is supposed to know the difference between right and wrong, drug addiction, etc., etc. Everytime something is said concerning HKS involvement in the drugs, no one is supposed to say anything because he is an attorney and so on. Give me a break people.
