O’Q is in trouble IMO! Pirttle (?) coming into the room just as O’Q was being questioned about him, along with Lin Wood’s comments regarding Pirrtle possibly magically appearing, was priceless! One has to wonder, and this is my opinion, if Pirttle had the ability to listen to the entire deposition from outside the room. IMO it sure seemed it…..wonder if anyone ate the sandwichs! LOL

PS: When O’Q made his public comments about HKS, I immediately thought his comments were defamatory and against Cannons and notified the Texas State Bar, via email through there online site! He should at the very least be sanctioned and/or lose his license IMO!

You’re so right. It isn’t any of your business where Howard is getting his money. If his lawsuits perain to the the estate, guess what, the estate should pay the bill. Wherever he’s getting it from, more power to him. He is a good businessman and I’m proud of him! I support him on his journey with or without a bottomless well of funding, as you put it.

Terri IMO It will come out just like o’quinn paying for VA and troups came out even though she tried to walk around it in court by saying family and friends helped her out instead of admitting o’quinn paid for everything.o’quinn says he did it for nothing ,why would no one believe do would do it for the publicity.With DO only the court action will tell JMHO

Larry is one thing, but Virgie is another. She’d better not try to do anything to get that baby from him. She is his child and I prefer him over her any day! She has a snowball’s chance in hell of being successful in that.

So, why no nasty comments on the fact that O’Quinn’s costs for Vergie was about $400,000, but Opri gets beat up for an approx $650,000 bill, covering work done since October? Where is Stern getting the money to finance all of his lawsuits? It’s not any of my business but it sure seems like he has a bottomless well of funding at his disposal.

Oh, that’s right. Most of you only beat up those you DON”T like!

Very good comments.

I’ve wondered the same thing myself and also why someone would just spend $400,000 for a favor for someone they supposedly didn’t even know.

No one does anything like that, no one.

Maybe O’Quinn was paying BACK a favor to Virgie’s son. Wonder what favor this son did for O’Quinn, IF he did one. Maybe it has something to do with the Marshall money.
