Dixie Chicks: Sex, Drugs, Brothel in the Burbs? Grand Jury for Ex-Penthouse Pet, Naughty Nikki; Were They Fantasy Models, Or Mansion Call Girls? Magnolia “Madam,” Sexy Sidekick Deny It All; Exclusive “Not Guilty” Video Tomorrow!
Mansion Madam’s Alleged 5-bedroom Brothel in the ‘Burbs

DULUTH, Ga., June 11-Will evidence of alleged prostitutes, cocaine, and whispers of $10,000, wild sex weekends inside a million dollar Nouveau South mansion be strong enough to put the so called “Magnolia Madam” behind bars in a conservative, country club surburb of Hotlanta? Or will former Penthouse Pet Melissa Wolf, 43, and fellow x-rated actress “Naughty” Nikki Probert, 33, remain free to pursue new careers in real estate.
Sources tell me the women could be indicted as early as Wednesday after Gwinnett County District Attorney Danny Porter pitched his case to a grand jury. Last January, Porter lead the police raid on the alleged high class brothel overlooking the 9th hole of the Sugarloaf Country Club golf course. Wolf and Probert were arrested, then bonded out, still maintaining their innocence when we caught up with them this week outside an upscale shopping center in Atlanta.
“Not Guilty!’ declared Wolf, in sunglasses and designer jeans, in a brief, exclusive interview. She said she welcomed the chance to clear her name, in court if necessary. Probert also denied any criminal wrongdoing.
Veteran criminal lawyers Max Richardson and Steve Sadow of Atlanta said they’d have no comment until reviewing a formal indictment sources expect could come down as early as Wednesday.
Friends say Wolf had been making the leap from adult films and strip clubs to the world of real estate when, armed with guns and a search warrant, Porter lead a SWAT team of local police and federal agents to her red brick mansion in January. Since then, Wolf has been forced to return to her former career as a stripper to pay the bills, friends say, dancing across catwalks from clubs like Tattletales in Atlanta to the oil country outback of drillers who flock to the legendary Rigpig in Alberta, Canada.
Sources tell us that prosecutors have lined up former clients to testify, as well as wiretaps defense lawyers expect to challenge as unconstititional. We’ve also learned federal agents talked to Wolf, but have no plans to pursue a federal case.
Evidence surrounding the alleged high-class Sugarloaf Country Club prostitution ring was expected to be presented this week against Wolf, aka, Lisa Ann Taylor and Probert. The two are accused of running the illegal business out of Taylor’s Duluth mansion inside exclusive Sugarloaf Country Club, where a guard shack screens residents and ensures guests are bonafide.
>Taylor and Probert, aka Brigit Fox and Naughty Nikki, were arrested Jan. 3 after a local newspaper reportedly alerted law enforcment to check out the “The Erotic Review” Web site. Among numerous adult entertainers, strippers and escorts listed, content included performance reviews, discussion boards and price listings for sex, as well as dates when dancers would be performing at different clubs.
>Free on bond, both Taylor and Fox also face charges of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, prostitution, keeping a place of prostitution and conspiracy to possess cocaine.
>Gwinnett County District Attorney Danny Porter told the Gwinett Daily News the jury will decide Wednesday if the two women and five men charged with pandering as part of the ring will be indicted.
>“We believed we had enough evidence to go before a grand jury,” Porter said. “Ultimately, the decision is up to them. I present the evidence and they decide whether or not to charge. “The evidence will be presented Wednesday and then the next step is arraignment and that would happen sometime within 30 days,” Porter said.
“I’d like to wait to see what happens Wednesday before commenting,” Sadow told the local paper. He represents Probert; Mark Issa and Richardson make up Taylor’s defense team.
>As far as a press conference or comment from his client, Sadow said that will be decided after the grand jury’s ruling is in.

I don’t think you should use “DIXIE CHICKS” in the title of this blog. It makes it look like it is something about the singers.

The laws of supply and demand… I wonder if this will turn into a sort of DC-MADAM type case. Prostitution is one of the oldest ‘professions’ in history. No one has been able to stop it, and i guess no one will. Can’t wait to read about the little black book. Art, how much do u want to bet that we see judges, p/o, ministers and other so-called upstanding citizens of that community denying that they were clients of these ‘pleasure providers’.

Art,
I’m curious…is there a link to this story and Anna, Howard, and Larry?
I found the story interesting but it doesn’t fall in line with your most recent articles…or does it?

Good afternoon Art,
Ohhh I just love the house that the naughty ladies used to do business. I would love to have a house like that. I always love it when you venture forth and report on different subjects. This case seems to be a wrap if the prosecutor can get those wiretaps and the website into the argument. Although this type of business goes against the grain of my personal belief system, I had no problem with it until the website came into play. Once the information went to the website there is little protection for the youth of the community. Everyone knows that young people are all over the web and I have a problem with the influence that it has on their lives. Keep adult business quiet.
It is so good to hear from you again. Take care and may God Bless you and yours. Great reporting as always..

‘The Devil’s Advocate,’
What are they guilty of, having sex?
That would be a simple, human kindness.
Were they kind, I don’t think so.

Art,
Great journalism as usual. I think these charges are rediculous! Funny how political all of this has become. Amazes me. I have known Lisa for years. She worked hard the good old fashioned American Way. Hard work, sweat & tears like the rest of the hard working american taxpayers. And this is how our country has treated her. All the publicity is amazing too. Sex sells everything. And scandel well that sells even more. I am astonished how people in America can have property that is paid for be seized before charges are even filed????
What is becomming of us! Regina
