G. Ben Thompson, the South Carolina real estate mogul and erstwhile lover of the late Anna Nicole Smith, has been slapped with a court order to pony up $100,000 as security for costs in the Supreme Court battle for ownership of the mansion known as ‘Horizons.’

He’s serving three years for aggravated assault, and his long rap sheet also includes a sexual assault, or rape, in 1998. Hart recoiled with denials when I confronted him with what Anna told ET about rape under her own roof, and two family members who say she confided in them and named Larry. Hart told me he had no idea the tragic celebrity centerfold and actress had ever been raped.

I tracked Larry down to a prison in Cuero, Texas to shed light on an interview about the star-crossed model’s tortured past that Anna gave ET three months before she died in February last year. She seethed with rage as she blurted out: “You wanna hear my child life? The rape?”

But when I asked if he was the man behind it, Hart, 47, said, “I’ve never even heard that before. I don’t think she said that. I don’t think so. That’s a shock to me. I’ve never heard that before.” Hart, who pleaded guilty to one count of sexual assault for raping a 38-year-old woman in 1998, insists he wouldn’t be alive if he really had assaulted his sister. He added, “If (my stepmother, Virgie Arthur,) knew about that, believe me, she’d have shot me.”
