Regardless of what Anna Nicole’s half-brother says, I believe that if she said she was raped, she definitely was. Given some of his background, it’s more than feasible that he could have raped his sister. Virgie herself, has been extremely disingenuous about Anna Nicole’s life and what really happened. Anna Nicole had one screwed-up family from the family tree that I researched.

According to an article i read (Will the cycle end? at Jane Devin’s website, ANS family history is quite dysfunctional. Not only does Anna’s father(Donald Hogan) but also her stepfather have molested children. Her stepbrother is in jail for assault..her younger brother(the disabled one) got a hold of VA’s gun and was shot at age 3(he also was jailed for kidnapping a disabled woman). I also read somewhere that VA’s sister(cousin Shelly’s mom) where ANS was sent to live with also had her problems with presciption drugs. Donna Hogan(ANS’s half-sister) also made charges of child molestation against her father. I believe there are criminal records to back this up. This is the family that VA wants Dannielyn to be amongst. Excuse me???? ANS showed the classic signs of a traumatized child who carried it straight thru to adulthood. I hope there is a psychologist out there that can chime in this. Larry B’head shud never let his daughter anywhere near this bunch. Unfortunately, sorry Art, I do not believe a word the stepbrother is saying. He will never admit anything. Painting a rosy picture of their family is not gonna cut it for me. Word to kids out there, speak up immediately when you are abused. Keep speaking upuntil someone takes action.

Art- You are still billing yourself as the reporter of “Truth” I see.
How is it that your spin always ends up pointing it’s accusations at Vergie and in defense of HKS? Can you actually, honestly believe that HKS has no wrongdoings in either of these deaths? Or, in your professional journalist tactics are you betraying your own morals to create your niche within the (minimal)target market of HKS supporters? It’s easy to see why there isn’t much supply of support for The Pro-Howie Camp. Please tell me that you don’t support this man, you have simply adopted a journalistic point of view…???
AND BTW- How was it that Sheri Baker & Dr. Perper allowed you to make yourself at home in The Broward County Coroner’s Office within a week after the death of Anna Nicole???

I don’t believe a word this dude says. On ET last night, he said Virgie worked the graveyard shift at 7-11. That is 11pm to 7am. On today’s ET, he says Virgie had just come home from work at 7-11, and he was in the kitchen cooking fries for dinner, when the younger brother was shot. Was he cooking dinner fries in the morning? I would never expect him to admit he sexually assaulted Anna. That would be foolish to admit this.

David Tacker’s father and Virgie’s stepbrother with whom she had David Jr. at 14 (who later changed his name to David Hart) was convicted of …INCEST…who (was his victim)?
Did he have contact with his son David Jr when he moved in with Virgie and Donald Hart Sr?
Who was protecting these kids while pistol packing Virgie was working the graveyard shift at the 7-11?

I know this guy was @7 years older than Anna so he was gone when she was 12, so maybe he doesn’t know everything..
ask this Larry dude if Virgie treated Anna any different than she treated Shauna. Ask him if she made derogatory or demeaning remarks to Anna and if there was any apparent jelousy there.
Was it true that Shauna snitched on Anna to Virgie and that’s why when Shauna got sick, Anna said F-U when Virgie demanded she help her stepsister from hell out finacially?

Also…what was the REAL reason Anna was sent to live with plumpster, pill-poppin __and her toothless family in that dump Mexia…Is this where Anna started her pill habits?

I want to sincerely thank you for your site and your chat room.
I discovered your site shortly after I discovered Jane’s when I was getting so frustrated with the way Howard K. Stern and Anna were being portrayed in the media. I kept posting on TMZ (the lowest of the lowest site) but was accused of being a paid blogger so I gave up. I have given up on Nancy Grace and Greta and only read the transcripts. Why they are still on the air is beyond me.
I have had a really horrible horrible year and like you, I have recently lost my Mum and she was all I had with the exception of my two doggies. Discovering both Jane and your sites has been a Godsend, although it took me a while to figure out how to post on your site (I kept writing these long posts and then they would disappear into cyberspace). I have also rediscovered Art Harris, who I am a fan of and had watched when he was on CNN. Now I have found your chat room (my first) and I have met some lovely people who are so supportive of each other and made some friends. I now have a reason to get up and I thank you for that.
I’m sure that Howard and his family, as well as Dannielynn (in the future), are very thankful for all the truthful information that you, Art Harris and Jane have provided not only to me but to the general public and the tide seems to be turning in Howard’s favour. It is about time as no man or woman should be vilified and crucified as he has been strictly based on speculation and rumor. The truth is now starting to emerge.
Thank you to all of you and kudos for all your hard work.

Bro said Vergie slept all day while he fixed breakfast and went to school , after school while Vergie was still sleeping he had to clean three rooms while Anna stood in her room unsupervised .

All of the bashing, crucifying,lying, lynching and condemnation, need to be gone. It has been a rough ride I tell you, but smoother ground is at the end of the tunnel. Thank God.

Protect DL, there is several members of Virgie’s family that are decent law-abiding citizens. Most of us are trying to protect the grandchildren from the hurtful things that are being said about Virgie.

Sorry , but you have MUCH BIGGER PROBLEMS in regards to the grandkids than sheilding thier little ears from rumblings about Virgie!You should be shielding them from watching her make an ass of herself on TV.. How about you protect them from the child molesters, rapists,drug addicts,convicts,drunks and the low-life loser mentality that failed to protect Anna and her generation?No wonder she was deeply ashamed of her kin, and rightfuly so.
What kind of hope do these poor kids have? Anyone encouraged to go to college or is it a BIG DEAL to just eek out a HS diploma…?
What is the norm for this family? aspiring to a doublewide and several kids by differnt dadda’s?who can be married the most times?
The sad part about all of this is that her family doesn’t see what the rest of the world does..how disgusting and inapropriate her behaviour towards Anna was..how hurtful,abusive and hateful she was, that was thrown in our faces on TV each night…No one has to say anything hurtful about Virgie-she showed the world what she is made of, and it sure isn’t LOVE…
Seems to me that the family apple cart is tipping over with the overwhelming stench of rotten fruit..

I just wanted to say, there was ONE cousin of Anna’s, one of Melvin Tabers daughters, Shellys sister, that seemed decent to me. She had kind words to say about Anna..to her I give a pass…
I hope cousin Shelly was sent to AA and narcotics anon…she was one mess of a girl, and the fact she tried to work the bank of Anna was sickening…and don’t even get me started on her teeth..what did she do with the choppers Anna bought for her? did she sell them for drugs?

Regina #32, what planet are you on? LB shud have a restraining order on ANS’s entire family. I hope he has pictures of all of them so he will know them if he ever meets them. The only family member that i saw say something nice was Daniel’s paternal aunt. Not even ANS’s father (Don Hogan) can see his granddaughter due to his criminal background. I wonder if GVS knew who she was talking to in the cozy interview that she did with him. The cemetery that ANS/DS is buried is aptly named ‘GARDEN OF PEACE’ Rest in peace ANS/DS.

I was wondering if anyone has read that Larry Birkhead has hired armed guards for him and Dannielynn,and if so do u know why he has had to do this.I also saw a peice of the Globe magazine saying there is a new baby war going on between Virgie Arthur and Larry,has anybody seen that article piece,and is it really true that Howrd and Larry are working together for Dannielynn,s benefit if that is true i,m glad,I think it would,ve been something Anna would have liked to see happen.

Larry HAS custody of Dannielynn. VA is a moot point on custody. Trying to generate hysteria from knee jerk emotions doesn’t work on calm methodical thinking people. There is no evidence she even associated with these people in years. FACT, they don’t know Virgie and more than they knew Anna. Anna’s own past isn’t too pretty. She fits in with the dark side I would say. Arrested for assault and DUI. Drinking, drugs, parking lot prostituting, more drugs. A user and a liar. She wasn’t Hollywood’s darling by a long shot.

Hart is questionable as all cons are by their very nature of being criminals. If Anna was 3 yrs old when he arrived, what did he want her to do, the laundry?

Donna Hogan is a loser for sure. The only info she could have gleemed about Anna’s life was probably obtained through, spying, stalking, dumpster diving, stealing or conspiring with others who partook in such acts.
Imagine posing as a fan at your sis’s calender signing and not even identifying yourself to her? What is up with that? Then using the photo in a book to make people believe you actually knew her..LMAOO…What did Anna ever do to Donna to inpsire her to fill page after page with hatred and ridicule? Hell has no fury like a JEALOUS sister, eh?
I hope when Dannielynn gets older she punches a few people in the face…DH is on the short list…

I agree with you something is just not right about Virgie Arthur.I believe she is after the money aand with Dannielynn comes potentially alot of money,and ur right every chance Nancy Grace gets she keeps talking about the big money Dannielynn could inherit.I,m glad tht Larry is protecting his precious baby and himself for tht matter it would have to be about money for Virgie because if she truly just wants to be a grandmother then why is she asking to be apart of any Marshall money and asking for sole guardianship if Larry happens to pass away wht grandmother does tht,when he has family members to raise Dannielynn god forbid if anything happened to him and he always said she could be apart of Dannielynn life but tht isn,t enough she wants more…she wants him to join with her in a wrongful death lawsuit against anybody she feel was maybe responsible for Anna,s death she doesn,t have standing to bring about tht suit so she needs Larry,s help to do tht because as Dannielynn,s guardian he can bring about tht suit if he wanted to….but u have to have proof that wrongdoing accurd to bring about a lawsuit,this is why I say she is just after the money and now because of her actions she has alienated Larry and may never get to see Dannielynn I,m glad he has the protection for him and Dannielynn because people in this world is crazy.

#17 couldn’t have said it better. Mr Harris use your investigative skills to report on Coroners Perper and Cyril Wecht Tell your readers about why they no longer are in Pgh, Pa. I have always believed Cyril was paid by ANS and HKS to cover the truth about Daniel’s death. And, Perper during his inquest asked all the “friends” of ANS about what happened–That’s like asking the fox guarding the hen house -”are you taking care of the hens?” The inquest was a joke and the truth about ANS’s death will always be covered up–The only small hope for justice is that some truth will come out in Daniel’s inquest.Again, I have little hope our justice system will ever make those responsible in some way, accountable for Anna and Daniel’s deaths. Last what about the unethical Psychiatrist who prescribed drugs that assisted in killing Anna–is she still practicing medicine–what a shame–just another injustice. she should be barred from ever practicing medicine again.–she won’t be barred and someone else will suffer the consequences of her wrath. the story goes on and on!

Why don’t you put your investigative skills where your mouth is and dig for what YOU want to know, instead of trying to down talk what he has done.
