I’ve been reading all the comments and I’m trying to remember all the ones that I agree with.1 a squatter in the house called Horizen.I’d have to pay that one. 2 A criminal in more way’s than one.One being a conflict of interest as a lawyer.HKS hasn’t got a conscience,living in a house that he does not own.The only thing that HKS was ever interested in, was the 6%, and even with Anna dead, he’s still hell bent on the final outcome to get his percentage.Personally I feel that the money is cursed.The curse of the Marshall’s millions.??????? three down already and how many more to go.??????? Now we’ve got, HKS seems to have lured Larry into his web on the false premiss that he’s acting in the best interests of little Dannielynn in trying to win a large chunk of the Marshall’s millions.Now with HKS wanting to be the executor of the will, and then Larry for little Dannielynn, it’s impossible for Larry to free himself from HKS.Then this in turn keeps the creep in the picture and also in Dannielynn’s life.I almost shudder what will be the next instalment,because, I’ve read that HKS had fertilized eggs of Anna’s, stored away for them to produce a baby with a surrogate to carry the baby.What I’m suspecting, is that, once there is a payout and HKS gets his 6%, you can bet your bottom dollar, that he will then make a claim against the payout for any children that he can make with the surrogate.And another thing, is the boat that HKS was very busy tending to, when Anna passed away.I believe that, the boat was to take Dannielynn away from Larry.I read where they were supposedly going to go to Saudia Arabia and that they were even in contact with the Saudia Arabian Royal family.Is that where they were supposed to be getting married.???????? After all wasn’t he only two weeks away from getting married.???????. HKS nearly pulled it off, but thank goodness he didn’t get away with it.I believe that it was their last ditch attempt in trying to prevent the DNA testing which HKS knew quite well that he couldn’t win.I’m a very religous person and do a lot of praying, and by goodness I was relieved that the DNA test was not prevented from going ahead.It’s just very very said that things did happen the way that they did.I was deeply saddened at the death of Daniel.But, after his death, things just kept going from bad to worse,and it was all because of their refusal of the DNA test.If there was nothing to hide, than there was no reason to deny the test.Where did it get Anna? she’s in her grave and now the real father has got the child.But HKS won’t let go, and still wants to be in the thick of it by being the executor of Anna’s will.That way he’s still the puppet master and in control pulling the strings.I haven’t heard for awhile about the doctors but I believe that charges should be laid against that Psychiatrist Khris.Those involved in trying to secure the Marshall millions remember these two verses of Scripture 1st Timothy 6:9and10.People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction.[I believe very strongly,that this is what has happened already in this ugly saga with the fight over the Marshall millions, and then, the ugly fight in trying to prevent Larry who was the real father of the baby from seeing his daughter.In which both Anna and HKs were grossly to blame.And look what's happened up until this point??????????.Anna is now in her grave and the real father has got his daughter,and rightfully so.Larry proved that he was no deadbeat Dad and I'm very happy for little Dannielynn.]Verse 9 perfectly describes what both Anna and HKS have been up to, for all these years, in their fight to win a large chunk of the Marshall millions.And look at the tragic consequences up untill this point.?????????]So I hope that those involved in this fight for the cursed Marshall millions stop to think of the moral to this story, [which is in verse 10] For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil.[ Money isn’t the root of all evil,?????????? it’s the love of money which is the root of the evil.There is a big difference between the two.Going back through our history there were people in the Bible who were rich, and were blessed by God, and were very righteous.That was because, they were very generous with the money and possessions that they had been intrusted with.God is the rightful owner, and we are only stewards of those possesions.And we will all face judgement day, where we will have to give an account for what we have done with His possessions.Whether we have been faithful or unfaithful stewards.Job was a rich man and a very righteous man.So people should sit and take notice of what has happened in the ugly saga, that has had us entranced, by what we have been reading and watching, as it has all unfolded before us.Human life has gone down the gurgler and all because of greed.So I say, leave the money alone.

Hooray for Howard Stern. He has done everything for Anna in
life and death. I believe Howard and Anna are soul mates and
will be together soon. Anna is probaby looking down and is proud as hell for what her true friend has done for her namesake and with her daughter. The shame of the whole mess
is that not one family member has defended Anna not one time
about her as a person. You can really feel the love $$$ NOT
Howard ,keep doing what you’re doing. You are a good guy. A true friend.

What made some members of the media so angry with Howard Stein? Don’t tell me it was the DNA. This anger, by some members of the media, was upfront and personal. I’ve seen terrible murderers treated better.
And Please, don’t blame it on me for watching it on television.
Reporting and making the news is two different things. They should only report the news and not destroy people while doing it.

We have no idea of Howard and Anna’s personal relationship – except that they did have one – it was obvious for years ho much he loved her- I really think it’s time to stop villifying the man and let him actually grieve his loss – yes loss – money doesn’t replace someone you love and even Larry Birkhead said under oath he believes Howard did and does love Anna. Enough mudslinging! Dannielynn has to look back at this – let’s try and leave her with something positive

Clare-Stern won’t get anything but a jail sentence and he sure does deserve it. How can he be a lawyer and lover at the same time-isn’t that called ‘conflict of interest’? Stern needs to get his story straight already-he changes it so much. He needs to be disbarred.

deb, HKS is entitled to 6% of any Marshall money that Annas state may get. He worked for 12 years on that case and 6% was the amount he was to be paid. It’s common practise.

I have a question – why was Horizons put in Annas name if it was not intended for her? GBT and FS are business men and know how a house is sold. Not like this. The house was out in Annas name so those guys could get around Bahamian law. What goes around comes around. They are grave robbers who just got theirs.

I say give Stern the ability to be Executor but when he is granted that he forfeits all rigths to any money from the Marshall Estate if it ever settles. Bet you tell him that and he will shut his mouth. Stern is a squatter, user, loser–how is he paying the utility bills on the place? Where is the cancelled check saying that Anna paid for the place?

a question. Since GBT signed a quitclaim deed, do we really
know that he conveyed clear title? And if he was not a
citizen of the Bahamas does he have a Legal right to own
