ET Exclusive: Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern; Vow to Work Together to Raise Dannielynn; Virgie Fined; Lawyers Fumble Baby Snatch

“It was an expensive day for her, in a sense I guess I got a divorce from Virgie for a child I didn’t know we had together,” Larry Birkhead said Friday outside a Bahamas courthouse after the grandmother he promised to include in his daughter’s life got smacked with a $3,000 fine for a frivolous emergency appeal to freeze Dannielynn in place.
“So, it was a good day for me,” Larry told Entertainment Tonight. He sported sunglasses and a suit, pausing to talk after judges rejected Virgie Arthur’s emergency appeal and awarded the DNA Daddy legal costs for dragging him back to court after ruling he was free to bring Dannielynn to the U.S. “I hate that I had to come here for such nonsense. I have a familiy who want to see the baby, too, but they’re not here fighting me.”
Asked if he anticipated more legal Virgie battles stateside, Larry said: “That could get expensive. Basically the (judges) told her, ‘You gotta know when to stop,’ and they also gave her a reality check.”
Virgie was ordered to pay Birkhead $3,000 in court costs her attempt to keep him from bringing the baby he had with Anna Nicole Smith into the U.S. He’s promised to return for a June hearing on custody. We left a message at the Houston law offices of Tom Pirtle, who reps Virgie with lawyer John O’Quinn, but he had yet to call back by post time.
As for a Virgie reality check, Larry told ET, “Maybe she’ll get that over the weekend when she writes the ($3,000) check for the nonsense she was responsible for today. We’ll see if that puts her in check or, if not, she can write some more.”
While no one knows who’s bankrolling the retired sheriff deputy’s custody grab for a child her late daughter never wanted her to see, the man she once called a murderer, Howard K. Stern appeared calm, relieved, even wistful. “I’m going to miss Dannielynn a lot, but I’m very happy for the results today,” he told ET after court. “I’m happy for Larry. The court did the right thing.”
Stern suggested the Virgie custody grab was all about money, and a reach for questionable legal standing to her late daughter’s possible claim to the half billion dollar estate of Howard K. Marshal. The U.S. Supreme Court has ordered the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to hear Anna Nicole Smith’s claim to the late mogul’s fortune. “What we’re really here for is the case that’s pending in the 9th circuit moreso than Dannielynn, and that’s unfortunate,” said Stern Friday, promising to champion Birkhead in his new role.
“Look, I’m going to help Larry any way that I can, and if it takes years in the United States, I’ll do it. I’m hopeful that won’t happen.”
After Virgie and her attorneys slammed Stern as a murderer on national television repeatedly and raised questions about the baby’s safety in his hands, Stern filed a suit for defamation against her Texas plaintiff lawyer John O’Quinn. Stern found it more than a little ironic their emergency appeal Friday asked Bahamian judges to allow him to care for the baby until the next court date–a child they once said they feared would be in danger in his hands.
“Virgie and her lawyers have made a lot of outrageous statements about me, supposedly because they were concerned with Dannielynn’s safety. Their appeal was actually asking that Dannielynn stay in the Bahamas with me. So I think you really have to question some of the motives…”
Stern vowed to “help Larry with Dannielynn any way I can, and if takes years in U.S., I’ll do it.”
As a named executor in the will of the late Playboy centerfold, Stern had been working on his late girlfriend’s case against the Howard K. Marshal estate, and stands to earn six per cent of any settlement as a legal fee for his efforts, which could be as much as $30 million.
He said he hoped the headlines might diminish now, but that’s doubtful. “For me, with regard to the Dannielynn issues I hope everything will be taken out of the media so she can live as normal a life as possible, that’s what I’d like to see happen.”

The AP story says this:
“During the hearing, Arthur took notes with a flower-tipped pen in a spiral notebook. “I’m writing prayers,” she
told AP. “I’m talking to God.”
Her taking copious notes in court was mentioned on Nancy Grace last night by the OK magazine person. - It sounded like she is writing a book. They also said she takes lots of
pictures of the people around the courthouse. I guess the proof will be in the pudding. We will see if she is invoking GOD in a lie to cover her book writing. - If she wants to write a book, that is fine (I wouldn’t buy it) -but why lie about writing it?
On another note, I will say that NO ONE has been more against Stern than I have been. But I have changed my mind, possibly because Virgie is so much worse! I am willing to let the legal system decide if Howard is guilty of anything more than being another of Anna’s victims. (Dr. Khris is another story.)
I feel more disgusted with Anna as the days pass. Anna did not protect Dannielynn when she was pregnant and she didn’t care enough about Dannielynn to get healthy so she could raise her beautiful baby.

Alleluia!!!! This was indeed good news. I wonder however, if O’Quinn and Splash are going to allow Virgie to give up now. She has cost them alot of money and I do not see either of them as the forgiving type. For all we know, she might be caught up in a money maze now, that no matter how much she may want to she can not find her way out.
The important thing here is that Virgie does not have custody or guardianship. Dannielynn is safe now and can go home. Hopefully they can begin a normal life and she can grow into the beautiful young lady that she is meant to
become.
My heart is so touched by the way that Howard has handled this. He did what he had to do, to honor Anna’s wishes that Virgie never get her hands on Dannielynn. He aided Larry in a smooth transition of the baby and he has promised to stand by Larry in the US if it comes to that.
In my estimation Howard K Stern just continues to grow in integrity.

I am so happy Larry got the ok to bring Dannilynn home. Vergie should see now that she don’t have a chance of getting custody of anykind.If she can see any farther than$ signs she should not even say a word.She must have some money or her friends and family must, but she is wasting money of someones. any how I am happy for Larry.

I love Howard. He’s such a great guy. I feel so sorry for everything he has been through in the last couple of months. I’m glad the judge put virgie in her place, now we have to hope the US courts do the same…

Your article is dead on!!
Virgie’s intentions are as plain to the Judges in the Bahamas, as they are to many people across the world.
This woman needs some serious Therapy!!
Once again, Howard has put Dannielynns best interests first,
knowing that means she will no longer be in his life 24/7.
Wanting Dannielynn to “live as normal a life as possible” is indeed something one want for a child they love.
A lot of people are beginning to realize Howard K. Stern is a man who truly did love Daniel, Anna & Dannielynn.
He has put his own troubles on hold so that he could give 100% of himself to Dannielynn & Larry’s bonding, and also to insure Virgie’s Plight in her efforts to gain some sort of hold on them all would fail.

Hi Art,
There are very few reporters who work from the heart and try to relate the truth to the best of their ability, but you take the cake. Bless you for being so honest and approachable.
I hope Howard and Larry can come to some agreement in that Howard has contact with Dannielynn. I know how much Larry and Howard love the baby, but we have to recognise, Howard has lost a soul mate and her son and now Dannielynn. His grieving must feel unbearable.
Larry must be feeling jubilant, and so he should. I hope that Howard and Larry remain in contact and build a friendship for the sake of Dannielynn. The baby can only gain by receiving such adulation and love. Larry knows in his heart, no way could Howard even have thought about killing Anna or Daniel, let alone commit the crime to kill them.
It would be pretty stupid to be with the two people you love at the time they died and then be accused of killing them. A five year old could arrange a better crime scene.
If you have contact with either Larry and/or Howard, would you please let them know, I am from the UK and have been following the events from day one, and like so many from the UK we send our heart felt love.

I have sid all along that Howard was getting a bad rap for this. If anyone followed Anna Nicole’s life they would see that Howard did everything for Anna and was only folowing her wishes and now he is left to clean up all the mess that was going on in her life I hope things work out for him as he has lost alot in the past year or so. I think Virgie is discusting and should saddle up her fat behind and head on home to Texas and while she’s at it she should take her money hungry Layers with her.

I am overwhelmed with the headline:
Larry Birkhead and Howard Stern, vow to work together to raise Dannielynn.
This man has gone through Hell the past few months and one can only imagine what it has done to him mentally and physically. He stood his ground from the beginning to protect Anna, Daniel and Dannielynn. I believe Howard Stern deserves a medal for being the honest man he is and putting up a fight to make sure everything from protecting Anna’s image, for making sure Dannielynn’s privacy was protected from the media throughout this whole ordeal.
He did not care what it would do to him personally in the process but he does care for the one’s he loves…..Anna, Daniel and Dannielynn. It is evident to see his life revolved around Anna and what was most important to her.
Larry knows how much Howard meant to Anna….Howard was the closest person in her life….he has been by her side for 12 years.
Howard Stern is a wonderful man…everyone should be so lucky as to have a man in their life to care for them as he did Anna.
Howard should be a big part of Dannielynn’s life and I am hoping what I read is true that Larry will allow Howard this opportunity to care and love Dannielynn endlessly.
This beautiful child has two men that will raise and protect her to have a healthy, loving and caring enviourment.

Howard is very strong. And yes, we (the internet junkies) have been out here ferreting/publishing data about everyone, not just Virgie Arthur, in support of Howard who is the only guy truly tough enough to take this insanity on. Larry has to be the good guy, Howard does not. GO HOWARD! Howard’s efforts will prevail and others will soon know the truth …as, IMO, Larry Birkhead already does…
Mr. Stern did not kill Anna or Daniel and that will soon be proven. It is my feverent wish O’Quinn and anyone else who maimed him on public television BURNS for their trangressions.
And please ART - Go after Ford Shelley. We are defintely looking for this guy’s data…he is a maggot on the face of this tragedy. Anyone who would willingly go into the home of a deceased and take their personal items to distribute on the net as a means to buffer support for his case, is a reprehensible human being.

The first year of any babies life is the most formable time of any. Howard has done a remarkable job with that precious baby. Hats off to him and him only. He always had Dannielynns interest at heart. While everyone was bashing him and calling him a murderer, they are singing a different tune now. Howard is truly a man, unlike alot of others that have been involved in this trist. To Linda, why don’t you grow up and leave Howard alone. You’ve said all you can say and he just seems to continue proving you wrong. He was the best person to be with Dannielynn from the beginning. So accept what has happened and shut the hell up. We are all tired of reading your negative comments about Howard and Anna. If you disliked them so much then why do you blow up this website with your comments? I loved Anna and always will regardless of what anyone else says. Howard was a reputable man from the beginning and even more so now that this custody situation is all over. Larry, I hope will allow Howard to remain in Dannielynn’s life. He loves her unlike anyone could. He may not be the biological father but I tell you this, alot of bio dad’s don’t love there own kids the way Howard loves Dannielynn. Larry do the right thing by Dannielynn for her sake and Anna’s. Anna loved Howard, no disputing that. Dannielynn has a grandmother on Larry’s side that will love and cherish her. Don’t let Virgie near her, or prepare to have that baby in therapy by the time she gets done with her. She abused Anna and she let Anna be abused by men and others and she was a officer of the court. What does that say about her? Not very much I’m afraid. Dannielynn’s future should be the only thing that matters now. She’ll overcome the fact that her mother’s not with her by having strong people around her to support her, Love her and make her feel secure. I’m glad this part of it’s concluded. I hope Larry had a wake-up call when he finally ‘earned’ his right to hold Dannie Lynn for the first time.
Babies can do very, strange things to people; especially when in reality they turn out to be the product of your own selfish, sexual gratification without ‘total’ conscience and consideration, that you are ultimately creating another human being’s life.
Larry has an emotionally supportive, and from what I have read right here, a very, lucrative, financially well-off family base.
It seems to me his ‘eyes’ have been opened wide, in full view of the mass media and their public viewing audience (his female fan base), to be a cute (hot like Anna), genuine kind of boy man…in other words, a typical ‘real nice guy.’
So, as much as I would like to discredit him, because of…
1. Evil e-mails to Anna
2. Taking full advantage of Anna as her private photographer
3. Knocking her up on purpose, to have a million dollar baby
4. That God-Awful ugly bio seen on BRAVO about Anna
5. His alliance to G. Ben Thompson and Ford Shelley
6. Testifying under oath, implicating Howard K. Stern as an enabler, baby kidnapper, or worse.
7. Breaching Legal Documents
8. Not honoring the Mother of his Child
9. Not trying to help a possible drug addict, Mother of Child, and blaming that on others.
10. Not buying Anna a simple pair of sunglasses
11. Not honoring Anna’s wishes
12. Hugging, aiding and abetting Virgie Authur
13. Aligning forces with Debra Opra
14. Fighting with Anna when she was sick
15. Not being a really nice guy
16. Not providing for his wife before conceiving a child
17. Not committing to and taking vows of marriage to the Mother of his child
18. Probably not being true to the Mother of his child
19. Wanting money more than this child
20. Probably participating in drug use with the Mother of his child

Maybe I was wrong to judge him?
Dannilyn will someday outwit her ‘Parent.’
She will want all the answers.
She will ask why, and she will demand answers.
She will make her own assessments, she will make her own decisions, she will grow and she will know…

I was a kid once…and now I have one, and she wants to know everything.
She is not easily convinced, and maybe she gets that from her mother…but I think it’s innate.

Thank you for your wonderful, and truthful, articles and for giving us all a place to vent. lol
Larry this is for you: Keep Howard in Dannielynn’s life. You and she need Howard more than you may think.
Howard is a real man, a real rock. He has been with that dear baby since her birth and loves her every bit as much as you. Howard knows what’s right and will always do what’s right for Dannielynn, so please, keep him close!
Larry, just know that you have a whole lot of ladies on a blog that are going to be watching your every move with that baby. You don’t want to have us on your tail.
Howard has been put through hell, but he never gives up. He is a very admirable man. A very trustworthy man. He is very kind and patient and loving. It’s a shame that more men aren’t like him.
O’Quinn: you could take some lessons from Howard on how to be a REAL man. You are quite the disgrace.

I am glad that HKS and LB have formed a friendship. LB knows that HKS was trying to honor ANS wishes. HKS fought for her to be buried with her beloved son, and this is truly where she would have wanted to be. HKS could have fought for custody or visitation, but he put the best interest of the baby ahead of legal maneuvers. HKS was demonized in the media by Greta, Nancy Grace, and Rita Cosby.Theese so called media reporters have lost all credibility with me.Thankfully Art you report the facts fairly and without bias. No one knew ANS better than HKS and I’m sure he can share the memories with this child someday.

A few years ago, Daniel said in an interview that he wanted to become a lawyer in the future. And Howard looked so happy to hear that right next to him. They were like a father and son.

I am puzzled why Virgie does not want to be a Grandmother. Most Grandmothers cherish this role. I realize her grandson and then daughter died, and I would not wish that pain on anyone. Still…Danielynn is Larry’s daughter. Also, if Anna were alive, Virgie would not be allowed near Danielynn. The mere mention of Virgie and Anna’s expression would drastically change. I believe Anna’s wishes should be respected and followed in death, just as they were lived in life. So in my opinion, Virgie should be thanking God for what she DOES have. She has the possibility of knowing her grandchild and seeing her grow. It is more than alot of grandparents have when there are bitter divorces and alienation. My heart also goes out to Howard because I believe he loves Danielynn. She has created a bond with him as well. Letting go of a child is life’s biggest heartache and challenge as Howard knows. I hope Danielynn will have the continued love of Howard as well. May she grow up to hear wonderful things about her mother- who is one half of her identity and heritage. If Danielynn hears these things, she will feel wonderful about herself! Virgie needs to relish in being a Grandmother and Larry needs to take HIS daughter home.

So glad to hear that Virgie will not get her hands on another child to scar for a lifetime. She will never believe that she was wrong but children do not make these stories up and Virgie like many others make up excuses so they can live with themselves for the pain and scars that they leave their innocent children with. As I have said before and see one of your readers agree please go after Ford Shelly. What he has done to ruin the public opinion of Anna after her death is horrible. He would do anything to get what he wants and ate up all the attention he received for it. He is one evil man.

Oh, how Howard has truly shown his love for Dannielynn, as well as for Anna and Daniel! Howard is a man of remarkable character and equanimity in spite of all the grief he has experienced over the past several months. My heart goes out to Howard as Larry prepares to take Dannielynn to the USA. Howard, you are in my prayers for a blessed life ahead of you.
My best wishes go to Larry and Dannielynn. May your lives be filled with days of love, happiness and stability. Certainly, Howard will do all he can in our legal system to ensure that Dannielynn receives whatever fortune may be due her.

ONE BIG QUESTION——–WHY DOES STERN KEEPS SAYING HE WILL HELP LARRY EVEN IF IT TAKES YEARS IN THE US.–HAS HE FORGOTTEN HE VIOLATED HIS LAWYER STATUS BY MESSING AROUND FOR A CLIENT AND MOST OF THE MEDICATIONS WERE IN HIS NAME AND HE WAS FEEDING THEM TO ANNA.AS A LAWYER HE SHOULD HAVE KNOW THAT IT IS PROHIBITED TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE YOUR OWN MEDS…….ISNT THE CALIFORNIA BAR INVESTIGATING STERN FOR VIOLATING HIS OATH AND RULES AS A LAWYER—–HE SHOULD LOOSE HIS LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAW. To Linda: Does the legal system need your blessing to decide whether or not Howard is innocent or guilty? You said you are willing to turn it over to the judicial system to decide. Sorry to break this shocking news to you, but they don’t even know who you are and for any matter really don’t give a damn what you think. Anna and Howard were/are wonderful people, but what they didn’t/don’t need are negative people around, always willing to say something stupid and ridiculous. I read all of the comments that people leave on here and I have to say, by far, you are the only one consistent with bashing Anna(God rest her soul)and Howard. Now the world can really see that Howard was only after the best interests of Dannielynn, Daniel and especially Anna. Anna was a grown woman and she made all of the decisions that affected her life, not Howard. So if you can’t say anything positive about Howard or Anna why don’t you find another site that bashes the both of them, that way, you should fit right in. When you put down both of them I take it real personal. Howard is decent and loved Anna and her children. Well, so far looks like the right people are prevailing.
Get rid of Hog Ass and Animal Farm (that rotten family) soon.
Will not buy their nasty/twisted/envious books or watch that flimsy movie that will further disrespect the wounded little girl that was Anna.
I wished it hadn’t ended this way for Anna, but she did carve out a life for herself and of her own making. For a little while she did get away from that damning and damaging “family”.
As long as Hog Ass lives, she will not let that family alone. After all the lawyers have gone, she will resort to appearing on gossip shows, such as Nancy Grace, to subsitute Larry for Anna as the new punching bag.

I understand Lin Wood has filed a lawsuit for Howard Stern against John O’Quinn. Recently, I saw a scroll across one of the TV news stations that he was suing the media. Is this true? I’m rooting for Howard. I feel he is the only one of the parties who cared about Anna and her intentions. He has been presented outrageously in the media. GOOD LUCK HOWARD!

To Freida: In case you can’t tell I am a Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole Smith supporter and the comments that you small minded people make are amazing just escape me. This is my opinion to the questions that you had asked. Larry is a user and that’s all he did when Anna was alive and now he is doing it in her death. He will use Dannielynn until she is so scarred by all the media attention and the negative comments about her beautiful mother. She will probably end up in therapy from all of the things said and done regarding her mother, her supposed grandmother (Virgie )and Larry himself. Virgie is just as guilty as the men that molested Anna and her sister. She is not fit to have the title of grandmother when it concerns Dannielynn. She isn’t worthy of that title. And if she has other grandchildren, I feel for them as well. She is sick and she is totally motivated by the almighty dollar, just as Larry is. He sold pictures and the interview to OK Magazine for a whopping million dollars. Do you think he will set that money aside for Dannielynn Hope Marshall Stern? No he will invest that money in highlights, more veneers for his teeth and his botox injections. No one has thought about Dannielynn in all of this except Howard. Any interview he did, he placed the money into a trust for Dannielynn, knowing that she wasn’t his biological daughter. Howard is not a killer, he wasn’t an enabler but what he was and is, is not like anyone else involved in this horrific mess. Howard appears just as he always has, a true gentleman and the one and only person with enough class to put all of them to shame. Howard’s entire family are classy people who love Dannielynn no matter who’s name is on the birth certificate. It took a strong man to do what Howard did regarding Dannielynn. He upheld the most important thing that Anna requested. Do not let my mother ever get her hands on Dannielynn. Virgie, in my opinion did not care for Anna and the feelings were mutual. She really held no interest in Dannielynn, only the potential paycheck that could accompany her. Virgie will be like so many pathetic souls, she will sell Anna out for the right price. Her 1/2 sister did, Larry did after signing an agreement with Anna that he would never, I mean never, talk about Anna or sell any pictures of her or her heirs. Larry, in my opinion is the worst of them all. He has Dannielynn now, well actually his family has her and he has gone on back to Callie to continue with his life. God rest Anna’s soul as well as Daniels. The only comfort in all of this is that Anna and Daniel are together again. She loved that kid so much. One day the world will see what others see now. Larry and Virgie are self serving people that don’t deserve anything in this. Hopefully Larry will give Dannielynn the best upbringing that is possible, considering the circumstances. Hopefully he will continue to let Howard be in her life. They could do great things together concerning Dannielynn. Art thanks for a great place to discuss this topic. I loved Anna and always will. Howard would have been the best person for Dannielynn. He protected her from the paparazzi and kept her secluded and away from the mean cruel world. Larry didn’t even have physical custody yet, but he managed to do a spread in that magazine so that the world would think that he is the doting dad. Not a chance. Larry wanted his picture to grace the magazine and not so much Dannielynn. Did anyone else notice the cosmetic work, dental work and the new do? Must be tough being Larry Birkhead. Does anyone know if Virgie has gone back to Mexia, to the old trailer park? She really thought she was going to get custody and some cash for being associated with Dannielynn and Anna. Well I’ve bitched enough and Art I really appreciate the website and the truthfulness that you report. I do not visit any other site for info on Anna, Daniel, Howard and Dannielynn.

I’ve never placed a comment on a public site before—but I feel compelled to do so at this time as the truth about the entire Anna Nicole (paternity, death, deceit, evading the law) mess is out in the open.
I’ve followed the Anna Nicole Show in the 90’s, and I’ve often have wondered why Howard K. Stern was in Anna’s life during that time period. There are tons of stars in Los Angeles that he could have dedicated his life to. Additionally, if he was in fact a leech,why an overweight B-Rated actress???? Anna appeared to have abused Howard, and used his weakness to her advantage. I don’t condemn the dead but I think she could have given him more respect than what we saw on the show.
I believed, then and now, that Howard is a respectable, decent, intelligent, and loyal man. I hope he finds happiness in the future and will move on with someone more deserving—-after all he has been through—from Daniel’s and Anna’s deaths to losing Dannielynnn (his only surviving immediate family member).
Virgie and Larry may not have the best interest of Dannielynn in mind besides $$$$ but she will figure it out when she grows up.
Howard—Please take care of yourself. Everyone is here to support you no matter what.

It is a shame the press had to crusify Howard Stern there was a reason her mother wanted him named the babies Daddy and she at least had enough sense to know who and who’s family would but the best interest of that child first. Her daddy is just plain sily and looking for publicity just like Anna said. Hopely Howard can have control to influnce her life. The news media has sacrficed this child for their own ratings. I hope his new lawyer can get millions out off Fox news and Nancy Grace what the do needs to be stoped. People should not be tried on television it is running our justice system

Thank you Art for this excelent site reporting the known facts and nothing BUT! Vergie has shown her true colors to the world and we now know EXACTLY why Anna refered to her as “mommy dearest”! I find it interesting that none of the accusations Anna made against her mother were refuted by other family members. In fact Annas half sister VERIFIED them!
pete creek and other HKS bashers should learn the law before writing in! ANS was a 39 year old woman who did what she wanted! Even LB says she refused to see herself as an addict so there was NOTHING anyone could have done to stop her. Also even though she was taking a TON of medications and as a former nurse I would have liked to see some of the more traditional anti depressants listed, she was taking what her doctor ordered as prescribed as they were all, except for the Chloral Hydrate, within theraputic levels. Had she been abusing them one would expect to find the levels elevated! This was just a tragic accident. I’m glad the Bahamian courts saw thru Vergie It’s ALL ABOUT THE MONEY!

The Free National Movement won the election in the Bahamas this past week and that might very well have an impact on the inquest into Daniel’s death, as well as on Howard’s desire to remain in the Bahamas. TYhe PLP (Progressive Libreral Party) had been in power for a long time.
The Free National Movement actually gained considerable ground during the scandal of Shane Gibson, who was accused of fast-tracking Ann Nicole Smith’s permanent residence application. (He stepped down as the Immigration Minister but was miraculously re-elected last week to a lower position.) - When Bill O’Reilly said that ANS had brought down the Bahamian government, he was not really wrong!
The new government may follow the Bahamian law to the letter regarding permanent residency. Howard would have to buy the required $500,000 in property and then apply…. and then wait in line. And then he may not be approved after all that has happened there and regardless if he is not found guilty of anything at the inquest. - The idea of drug use by Anna and then her son’s death does not put Howard in the best company.
Some reporters have said that the Bahamians want Howard to go away. I actually think it would be a good thing if Howard does have to come back to the US. It is morbid and a waste of his life to stay in the Bahamas and maintain a vigil at the graves of Anna and Daniel. They should be moved back to the US for the sake of everyone; I doubt the Bahamians would mind. - And Howard needs to be closer to Dannielynn and Larry.
Plus, Jews and Christians believe in an after-life and all that is in the Bahamas are two lifeless bodies whose souls have presumably gone to heaven.
Anything might happen at the inquest. The story is getting old and the Bahamians may simply want to get the inquest over and get Howard out of the country. Or, they may want to find against him and punish him in some way. In any case, I think he will not be welcome there, guilty or not.

Regarding Anna, you are certainly right that she made her own choices! Larry said he feels sorry for Howard because Howard did things for Anna that no one would want to do. She was a mess! She did not care enough about her baby to stop doing drugs when she was pregnant. And she didn’t care enough about the baby to take care of her own health so she could live to raise her. - She may have been the softest, warmest, kindest person in the world but she was a drug addicted woman who was id-oriented her entire life.

To Linda from Louisiana: Yes Linda I did read all that you wrote regarding the fact that you have been against Howard and so on. No I am not hostile, just aggravated with the fact that so many people climbed Howards ass for nothing. That man there is a “real man”. Larry could never compare to him no matter what he does. Howard did the best he could with the situation at hand. Anna Nicole was a handful and Howard has endured this for 13 years. I admire him and any other able bodied person strong enough to be subjected to all kinds for ridicule. Howard got it from every end possible. If Larry would have been in her life, the world would have placed all the blame on him. We all need to realize that as adults we are all responsible for our own actions. Such as Anna’s untimely demise, she was responsible for her own death. She is a legend and she is missed terribly by lots of people, but most importantly, she will be missed by Dannielynn when she needs her mother the most. That baby stands a chance of a somewhat normal life as long as Howard has a hand in it. Larry is somewhat self serving and he is still too concerned about how he looks and what he has on, and if he has made some type of impression. Howard is different. All he wanted was to love Anna and Dannielynn from now on. He, i’m sure has started his grieving and how sad that is, that he has to do that without Dannielynn. From what I understand, Howard and Larry talk everyday. I think that is magnificient. Howard deserves to be in her life. However Virgie is a different matter all together. She deserves nothing, nothing at all. Linda, if I upset you or made you angry, I apologize. I just have very strong beliefs about this and I knew Howard was the real man in this whole saga. ANS was so impaired b/c of her drug addiction that she lost the ability to be reasonable or rational–And, Howie knew it–He and anna’s “friends” stood by and did nothing as anna killed herself–HKS should be punished but since there is no truth or justice for anyone who deals with HKS, justice will alude this case. I pray that HKS never touches Dannilynn ever again–Larry birkhead is the father and HKS has no rights to HIS daughter. HKS fought to keep Larry away from his daughter and for that he should be punished–he knew he was not the father and yet he continued to put larry through HELL!! ANS was so impaired when she made the interviews w/entertainment tonight that she could not be believed. I have been in the mental health profesion for 25 years and I know that when you live with someone who was as impaired as ANS and you do nothing but enable you lose yourself and you become just as impaired. HKS needs help but anyone who gets near him needs to be decomtaminted b/c of such evil values and I believe he is a person w/o a conscious-he fits nicely under the diagnosis of a socio-path. HKS if you ever do anything in your life please stay away from Dannilynn-you’ve done enough damage!! And, how dare you talk about Virgie arthur–You are nobody and nothing–Virgie is blood–you are not. If you get millions of dollars her family deserves more than you. When you forbid Virgie to hold her grandaughter I wanted to scratch your eyes out–you have no right–Your sister and brother would do interviews to try and defend you–they are just as sickening as you b/c they knew you were not Dannilynn’s father and yet they continued to try and decieve!!
HKS get a job, get out of anna’s house, and drop off the face of the earth–The wourld would be better off w/o peeople like you.

The only thing that sickens and saddens me is the pain that Howard Stern has endured these past few months by anyone that has accused, bad mouthed, spewed hatred and incinuated all of the lies thrown directly at him.
I do not wish it upon anyone to have to go through what this man has been subjected to. I don’t understand how you or anyone for that matter should be telling this man what he should be doing, telling him to get a job, get out of Anna’s house and to drop of the face of the earth!……How dare you judge this man……and to make things worse you bad mouth his sister and brother. I applaud his family for standing up for him while he was being torn apart.
I am happy to see that there are people like myself that do support Howard Stern and have supported him from the beginning.
Sorry to burst your bubble #67 but I am confident that Howard will be a part of Dannielynn’s life and a big part at that!! He loves that baby, as much as he loves Anna and Daniel….no one can take that away from him!

#67, I knew you were the devil when I read your first sentence. Then you confirmed it by talking about scratching someone’s eyes out. How can one be so full of hatred for another? What did Howard Stern do to you? This almost sounds personal on your part.LOL Are you a relative? Do you need someone to love you? LOL

I am glad to see that i am not the only one supporting
Howard K. Stern. He is truly an incredible man. He put the needs of “his” beutiful baby girl first. One can only imagine the horrific pain and suffering he is going throuh.
I am confident he will prevail in the lawsuits against every individual that have wronged him since the death of his beloved “wife”, Anna Nicole Smith. The suffering that this amazing man has had to endure is unbelievable. I am confident that larry will do the right thing and include howard in every aspect of Dannielynn’s life. I believe that howard loves her more than life itself. And that she will grow to be everything that anna wished for her daughter, with howard’s love and support. I truly believe that howard will do everything within his power to keep virgie away from Dannielynn. To protect her from “mommy dearesr”, as Anna wished. Good luck to howard and dannielynn!!!!!!!!!!
