I just watched Tomi Rae and James Brown’s 2001 wedding video, and her lawyers tell me it could be used as powerful evidence to prove that the grieving widow—barred from the house after James died on Christmas Day — was not only the Godfather of Soul’s bonafide bride, but that he loved her deeply…AND that Baby James (4 months old on Tomi Rae’s home movie) is indeed their “Little Man.”
I mean, Good Golly, Miss Molly…what (It’s a Man’s, Man’s, Manly World) man would allow his new bride to dance with another man’s baby at HIS wedding, if he wasn’t the real father? And dance she does, holding James II as the Godfather she maintains is the father serenades them.
“Tomi Rae’s home movie is as good, if not better evidence, than any DNA test,” her lawyer Robert Rosen tells me. “Just look at how they look at each other, how they sing to each other…there’s love in their eyes and love in their hearts. Who can be sure how many victims a confessed serial killer may forget to mention he sliced, diced, dismembered, buried…or in the case of cannibal killer Jeffrey Dahmer…ate for dinner?
Just ask any FBI serial killer expert, like those who pioneered Quantico’s Behavioural Science unit and they will tell you there are any number of reasons a killer may fail to ‘fess up to every notorious notch on his belt?
As for Dahmer, in addition to his 17 known victims, including 11 severed heads he kept and those he also confessed to eating, might there be a connection to the bright-eyed little boy named Adam Walsh, age six, who was snatched from a Florida mall in 1981 and found dumped in a drainage ditch? “The Insider” breaks news that the widow of JAMES BROWN, TOMI RAE HYNIE, filed a lawsuit on Thursday demanding half of his estate. Additionally, she is requesting her son’s toys and Tommy Bahama furniture, according to www.artharris.com.

In her first legal broadside, filed this afternoon in Aiken, S.C., Tomi Rae Brown claims she’s entitled to half Jame’s Brown’s estate as his legal wife and widow because she was left out of a will he signed on August 1, 2000, a year before they were married.
Firing back in her lawsuit at trustees and James Brown’s six children — the only family members the Godfather of Soul named in the will–Tomi Rae challenged critics who disputed her marriage as legal and her son’s paternity and asked a judge to reign in trustees (now called personal representatives, or PRs) who still run her late husband’s mega-million dollar road show, trusts and estate.
Oh, and she wants to be allowed back into her house (padlocked the day after her husband died), to fetch their five-year-old son’s toys, hip Tommy Bahama living room furniture she picked out for the mansion they shared in Beech Island, S.C. for almost 10 years and other items detailed in an attached affidavit.
